LAKE LURE WILL NOT BE OPEN FOR RECREATIONAL BOATING, FISHING, OR SWIMMING IN THE 2025 SEASON. Although the lake is closed and lowered while Hurricane Helene cleanup continues, there is much that our beautiful foothills area has to offer. LAKE ADGER, LAKE LANIER, and MIRROR LAKE suffered no damage, so homes and those lakes are available. BALD MOUNTAIN LAKE in the resort is open and beautiful. We are welcoming guests in over 60 beautiful homes to use as a "home base" for visiting nearby towns, restaurants, shops, hiking areas, and seasonal special events in Lake Lure, Hendersonville, Asheville, Black Mountain, Saluda, and Tryon. Golf is open to the public at Rumbling Bald, and local area wineries, breweries, trails, and music are within an hour's drive. Many of the Chimney Rock shops are set up at the Tryon International Equestrian Center Pavilion. Chimney Rock Park is now open!

Off The Clock is located on the 6th fairway of the renowned Apple Valley Golf Course at Rumbling Bald Resort in Lake Lure! This home boasts an exceptional open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, spacious rooms, and abundant outdoor living areas, including a covered front porch complete with porch swing and cottage-style walkways, a screened back porch, and an enclosed patio on the lower level. The enclosed patio has a beautifully designed pool table, air hockey table, television, and seating area!

You'll enjoy the new hot tub on the open deck overlooking the golf course after a day of golfing or hiking at one of the numerous hiking trails in our area. The screened porch is perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening while listening to the sounds of nature.

The main level of Off The Clock has a beautiful stone fireplace with gas logs, a half bath, a semi-open office/ school zone for anyone needing to work while away from home, and a master suite with a king-size bed. There is an open, fully functional kitchen with a large pantry, so don't hold back; bring everything you need for your cherished family recipes. This is a perfect home for your family trip! The grill is brand new and in an ideal location. Plus it's hooked up to the main gas line, so you don't have to worry about running low on propane.

The lower level offers two additional bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two queen-size beds. This level has a full bath with easy access for each bedroom. Each bedroom in this home has a flat-screen TV. The lower level can serve as your space to unwind privately before joining the group, or open the doors to the game room and turn this into a social haven!
