The Space
This 1,100+ sq. ft. cabin offers a warm and inviting place to relax after a day exploring Big Bear. Gather in the living room around the gas log fireplace, stream your favorite shows or enjoy board and card games together. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances with everything needed for easy meals during your stay.
Outside, enjoy the fresh mountain air from the spacious front deck or relax in the fenced backyard. Fire up the gas BBQ or gather around the outdoor fire pit for a cozy mountain evening.

Great A Frame Cabin STAR AND GEM.
Beautiful home with a big front deck with nice views and comfortable furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Cool loft upstairs and the beds were comfortable. Great WiFi and TV setup.

Great Location
We had a really lovely stay at this cabin, and one of its standout features is definitely the location. It feels peaceful and tucked away, yet still convenient to nearby spots. The outdoor space is especially enjoyable—perfect for relaxing, taking in the surroundings, and spending time outside.
That said, there are a few small details that could make the experience even better with a bit of attention. For example, the toaster oven is missing a grill rack, which limits its usefulness. We were unfortunately unable to use the TV at all during our stay, so having clear, simple instructions for both the TV and fireplace would be very helpful for future guests.
In the living room, a few additional lamps would go a long way in making the space feel warmer and more comfortable in the evenings. And while not everyone will need them, it would be helpful to have basic cleaning supplies—like a broom, rags, or similar items—on hand for guests who like to tidy up during their stay.
Overall, we really enjoyed our time here, and with a few thoughtful improvements, this could easily be an exceptional getaway.

Not what we expected
We were hoping for the cozy cabin in the snow experience. What we got was just a place to stay. The cabin took 24 hours to warm up, the fireplace is gas with almost zero flame, the hot tub didn’t work and the renters didn’t provide any instructions, the loft bed was like sleeping on plywood and none of us could shower because there was only about 10 minutes of hot water.
Cozy Cabins tried to help and we made the best of it and enjoyed our time, but definitely wouldn’t rent this one again.
