All the amenities and luxuries of home while being ideally located to the best of Asheville! Make yourself at home with convenient features including 50" TVs in the living room and master bedroom, a fully-stocked kitchen, charger stations, blackout curtains, sound machines, smart locks, Amazon Echo, and books and games for your whole group!

Make yourself at home in this 2 bedroom downstairs condo that sleeps 6. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms in this spacious home. The Master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom, a 50" smart TV, and blackout curtains. The 2nd bedroom has 1 king beds, a smart TV, and plenty of extra amenities to make it a great stay. A full-sized sofa bed is available with linens for use as well.

While you're in town, check out some of the best in local dining, shopping and entertainment. Rocky's Hot Chicken Shack and Biscuit Head are some of the best dining options in Asheville and only a few minutes drive from our condo. A day at the Biltmore Estate (an 8 minute drive) is an Asheville must-see. Also nearby is an entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway, America's best scenic drive. Spend a day on the Parkway taking in the views, hiking to a scenic waterfall or finding a local orchard to explore. We suggest heading North a few miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway Visitors Center as your first stop. Be sure to end the day at one of our favorite local hangouts, the Sierra Nevada Brewing Company, just a few miles from the condo.

Guests access the home using an electronic keypad with the code sent to you beforehand. There's no need to worry about keys!

Guests have access to the whole home, including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen.

There are two designated parking spots for guest use

We are happy to communicate through the app or feel free to give us a call if you need any other assistance!

The Neighborhood is in a quiet, residential area only a few minutes away from the Blue Ridge Parkway, I-40, and I-240. There is an Ingles grocery store less than 1 mile away as well as multiple restaurants like Piazza, Nachos & Beer, Great Wall, and Subway.

Guests can use taxis, Uber, and Lyft, starting around $8.

• Check-in is anytime after 4 pm
• Quiet time from 10 pm - 8 am
• $75 per pet fee for any pets staying on the property. The payment is processed closer to the stay through the resolution center

It was the perfect location. It was just minutes to the Biltmore, downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The beds were very comfortable.The sheets and bedding were soft, scent free and the house was clean and dust free. The AC worked tremendously, there was plenty of hot water, and the kitchen was well stocked. This was a fabulous home away from home.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect vacation spot to spend the weekend in NC. The living room was very cozy, bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen had all the amenities that we needed. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Cute condo

The owner called me 12 minutes before check in to say the pervious tenants had trashed the place and we'd be missing towels and use of the dryer. Not a huge deal, but a bit unsettling. The condo was cute and the location was great for us but the overall cleanliness left something to be desired. Grime all over the stove, crumbs and dirt on the floor, and a couch that smelled pretty bad. Maybe it was all a matter of the previous tenants, but i was sorry to see how it affected my stay. Maybe you'll have better luck!

Nice, some issues

The condo is located in a very nice private location. It is corner bottom unit of 2 floors. For the most part, it was fairly clean. I did find a hair in my bed. The coffee machine had water left over. I prefer cotton sheets, they had synthetic or bamboo sheets. But overall, it was pleasant

Enjoyed the location

This condo is in a quiet location and a short drive to downtown Asheville, the Biltmore, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. It is exactly how it appears in the photos. The beds are very comfortable but high off the ground. It does have a musty smell

Cozy and Comfy

The property was just as shown and described on line. It was very clean. They provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was convenient. It was updated and decorated nicely. Perfect for 4 adults! I would stay here again!

Comfy Condo

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The beds are great and the showers hot. We three sisters and a sister-in-law bunked together in the large, comfy beds. It is a quiet location but close to everything you would want to do in Asheville providing you have a car. Beautiful nature views out the windows of the condo with many birds chattering away. The washer and dryer were very convenient, and all the amenities were there. We would definitely book again if we were in Asheville.

Visit to the Biltmore

Wonderful location for Biltmore visit. The condo was clean and nicely appointed. One of the saucepans in the kitchen that's Teflon coated was questionable, but there was another smaller one that worked perfect for our scrambled eggs. There also was no salt but we did have a little pepper. We felt it was cold and could not increase the temperature but we just toughed it out since we were only there two nights in the evening.

Girls weekend

Another President’s Day weekend with great friends! Finally got to visit the Biltmore and downtown Asheville! Great city and friendly people. The condo was great - clean with comfortable beds! Jon was very responsive and very easy to work with. I would definitely stay in this unit again!
