A new apartment adjacent to the owners residence. 1 Bedroom, & a large family room overlooking a solar heated pool. Can sleep 4 (King Bed in the Bedroom & Queen size sofa bed in the family room). The large bathroom is separate from both rooms. The position is ideal for a family holiday by the beach. Walking distance to front and back beaches and a short drive to Sorrento.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were warmly welcomed by our friendly hosts Colin and Deb. The property was in excellent condition and we really enjoyed the use of the pool and tennis court. House is located in a great position, a short drive to the local shops at Blairgowrie or Sorrento. We would love to return for another stay in the future.

If you want privacy this is defiantly not the place for you, Colin was nice enough but the entire time it just felt like we are being watched and not welcome especially by Colin’s wife who made us feel unformtable using the bbq, and then even threatened to my daughter that she would be billed for having her feet on the couch, they couldn’t wait to get us out, was asked to then the music down, even though I was only playing classical music at a very low volume, just felt off the entire time, would not recommend at all, especially for the money we paid, felt like we were being watched the whole time.

The apartment was ideal for our family of four—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, with the tennis courts and pool adding to the fun. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and a pleasure to chat with.

My family of two adults and two young children had a wonderful four night summer stay. Hosts Colin and Deb were lovely and the pool and tennis court were highlights. 5 stars! Looking forward to returning!

Perfect beach cottage

We loved our weekend away at the cottage. It was so clean and well maintained. The host’s Colin and his wife Deborah were both so lovely, and helpful. The pool is absolutely beautiful and you have a lot of privacy. I would definitely go back there with my daughters. The location of the property was perfect close to the shops and the beach.

Best in Blairgowrie

As a family we have been travelling to that side of the peninsula for the last couple of years for our little family getaways and wish we had of found the Longford Cottage much sooner. It’s in a great location, walking distance to some of our favourite spots. The cottage is presented absolutely lovely, with everything you need for your stay. Colin & Deb are fabulous and very helpful. We will definitely be back..

Perfect staycay for a family weekend getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at Collin and Deborah's immaculately presented cottage apartment! The 1 bedroom layout was spacious enough for our family of four (lounge setting converts to a double bed). We loved the view of the solar heated pool and the convenience of being close to both the front and back beaches. Plus, a short drive to Sorrento made it even better. Collin and Deborah were wonderful hosts. We give it 5 stars without hesitation!

Lovely, fresh, roomy cottage

Property looked brand new. Scrupulously clean, roomy with a lovely aspect from all the windows. Fresh white towels and beautiful bed linen and soft furnishings. Super comfy bed. Colin was very friendly and helpful. Pool was beautiful and sparkling.

Totally relaxing

Colin and his wife provided us with a wonderful relaxing cottage stay at their holiday property. Their cottage was bright and clean and stylish and very central to exploring all the shops, cafes, and beaches in Blairgowrie and Sorrento. Their hospitality was pleasant and very helpful. Your hosts Debbie and Colin have lived overseas and interstate until returning to Victoria in retirement. Having enjoyed the peninsula in their youth they purchased Longford Cottage as their new home.
The new Cottage adjacent to the heritage house has been built in keeping with the style of the home. It nestles amongst the trees and has a delightful outlook from every outlook. The property features the pool and an artificial grass tennis court which are available for guests.

Longford Cottage a large space overlooking the pool. It’s a beautiful space for up to 4 guests. Large enough to share easily without feeling cramped. As well as a 10 x 4 M pool the property also has a Tennis Court which is available for guests.
