Fantastic location - so close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Very comfortable - apartment contained everything you needed. Bathroom is dated but the shower was great. Great views. Really enjoyed out stay.

Great location

A lovely stay for my daughter on her 3 week placement. We (her parents) visited for several days and another friend stayed over another weekend. Great location just above Cavill mall, great view, good value for money, had everything she needed & host was very helpful & responsive.Bathroom a little dated but clean & functional.

Great location! Value for money!

The apartment was in the best location at close proximity to everything! The view was amazing! The apartment itself was neat and clean and had everything we required for our stay. The host was friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely come back!

That View!!

I picked this apartment because it’s advertised as ‘Sea Views’ and it didn’t disappoint. The morning breakfast, the mid afternoon and the late night views all spectacular. The room was as described, not yet updated but liveable. Had the amenities need for a stay where you just need a place to eat and sleep.

Check in process dismal. Room not ready, we were to be picked up at w.30pm for our daughters wedding, i did make up and jair in the lobby lounge area. Room not ready till 2.15pm, terrible

Just right.

The property description says it's "dated", and in need of updating. From my perspective, that's a bit of an understatement. However, I don't have a single complaint. I needed a simple place to shower, and sleep. Frankly, the location (for me), and the view made this space a value; nothing fancy to be sure, but again, I was comfortable and it met my needs. I would like to indicate that the directions to obtain the key are verbose, and terribly confusing. If I were to write them: "Inside the shopping center across the street from the property, take the escalator down to the Walgreens. Get off the escalator, make an immediate U-Turn, and head toward the glass doors out to the car park. Once through the doors, pivot left. You will see a Blue Cabinet of Lock Boxes. Punch in the code given you by the Host, and the door to your box will open". Simple Simon. One note of caution: The Blue Cabinet is plugged into power, right behind the unit, and in full sight. If some knucklehead unplugs the cabinet, it's inoperable. happened to me!

Thanks for the feedback Marc, appreciate it. As for the directions, 90% of the people say it’s explained well and easy to follow. It is broken down in paragraphs. I admit, it can be repetitive as I send it through the site as well as to their mobiles and you would be surprised at the numerous questions asked about mainly the parking permit. I run several airbnbs and trust me when I say it has to be spelt out simply and repetitively. Thanks again Gina
