Please note that the Mornington Shire has strict guidelines affecting holiday rentals, including restrictions on guests and their activities. Outdoor areas including the pool and Spa cannot be used after 11.00pm and noise restrictions apply at all times. We reserve the right to cancel bookings that do not comply with these guidelines.

The entrance opens to a spacious living, dining, and newly equipped kitchen space, while the bedrooms are located at the rear of the property for added privacy and quiet.
The generous Master bedroom features a King bed and ensuite with shower, toilet, and vanity. Across the hallway are two additional bedrooms—one with a Queen bed and desk, and the other with two Single beds and a Trundle. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
This picturesque Blairgowrie home excels with its outdoor amenities. Imagine grilling a BBQ feast in the garden, enjoying a revitalizing dip in your private, 6m solar-heated pool during the warmer months, or unwinding in the comforting gas-heated spa.
