Reviewer Comments: was a great break ad a fantastic timeonly problem was the oven it still had dirty greasy trays in it they had food and fat on them. it was Cleaned was going to give it a complete clean but ran out of time.also just asking about the linen in the wardrobe was a note saying if we used the linen in the big bedroom, it said if we used any of that linen we would be charged extra but there wasn't any linen on bed we found another bag down stairs and used it so just wondering thanks guys for letting us stay there once again

Family getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. A nice house but was lacking some TLC. One of the kitchen drawers front was missing and there were a few staple kitchen items that were not available like measuring cups, wooden spoons and mixing bowls. But the stay was lovely and my whole family enjoyed it. The big rumpus room was great so all the kids could sleep in the same room and spend time with their cousins telling stories and listening to music before bed. Would definitely stay there again

Getaway to Harrington.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were driving from QLD for a family funeral and I asked could we check in early so we could freshen up. The rental agency were so amazing and let us in 3 hours early. The accommodation was very clean and location was in great walking distance to restaurants. The kitchen was full of everything we needed. Fill size fridge. No aircon but all rooms are equipped with good fans. The mattress need replacing as they are not that comfortable.

Family Vacation

This was a good property for our large family. There were enough beds for all and space to hang out. The kitchen was adequate, the fridge a little small for us but we coped. There was a second fridge in the garage for drinks that was handy. The bathrooms were good and the property was clean and tidy on arrival. The yard was plenty big for our pug who had a great time exploring in the bushes.

Harrington home

The location of the property was second to none unfortunately the property itself is quite unkept. The fridge seals are completely full of mould We put nothing in there due to the state of it The kitchen is missing several drawer faces. Quite expensive for the two days when there are other locations around for similar price and pristine conditions Extreme rules around the home we were met with 10 Marlborough cigarette butts put out on the ground but told no smoking allowed at the premises We came all the way from Brisbane and we emailed and text several times to say no linen was provided so needed to make extra room in our vehicle for all the linen to find the whole home was equipped with linen Your check-in and checkout times for people travelling interstate are not the best and when we communicated back to the Property Manager to see if we could check in earlier as you advise we can we were met with a text that told us strictly no times would be changed It was an experience using this platform for this home, but we certainly would go with one of the better options at the big four or Shoreline for the same price

Nice location but House needs an update for the price.

No toilet paper was left in either bathroom, beds were that uncomfortable that I slept on the lounge, no air con and bbq wasn’t in the best state. Location is great.

Our biggest problem was the tv, there were only a very limited number of channels available, not sure how old it is but we could not get any footy channels. We will re book for next year but having the tv checked or replaced would be great.

Disappointing & uncomfortable stay in unloved house

This unloved house had inadequate amenities (e.g. kitchen utensils were lacking, pans were uneven making cooking difficult). We arrived in height of summer and the house was a sauna (no AC), making for a very uncomfortable stay. One of the nights, backyard neighbour from hell blasted music at max volume from dusk till after 2am (speakers were directly pointing to our bedrooms and living area), we had 3 young kids who were not able to sleep. The sofa was sagging and lumpy, the mattresses were saggy and lumpy making for an uncomfortable sleep (if any sleep was possible). For the 4 nights that we were there, there was not sufficient toilet paper, or basic toiletries. The dishwasher was not washing properly, so we had to re-wash everything by hand. BBQ was rusty and looked so filty, we didn't dare / want to use it. Garage was locked, so we were unable to use it. There was a general mustiness to the place. The shower sliding door is jammed / faulty. Truly a sorry state, despite its location. For the price charged, it was not worth it, we should have stayed home in comfort. The ppty manager was also not responsive, we emailled asking for late check out, but didn't receive any reply. Had to chase them to take the final payment on phone instead of them following up. Had an impression that they were simply too busy with multiple properties to be able to cope with volume.

Huge backyard, fully fenced property with an incredible location. All within walking distance to the bowls club, beach and Em's thai.Comfortable beds with 2 toilets and 2 showers. An older home with older furniture, however it was clean and presentable and much less stressful with younger children.Property manager was extremely easy to deal with and check in/out was smooth too.We will be back for sure.

What a shocking arrival!

Reviewer Comments: When we first arrived, we found the house to be in a disgusting state of cleanliness. It was obvious that it had not been cleaned since the previous stay. There was sand underfoot, dust and hair all along the skirting boards, dead bugs in the pantry and a dead frog under the bathroom sink. We also found old and outdated food in the pantry along with in the closets. There was mold growing on the curtains in the downstairs bathroom. There were also old shaving razors on the hot water heater. There was lint, hair and dust on the door snake. When I reached out via text I was given a response and apology and told my issues would be sent to the manager. I also called and left a message.

My family had a great time here.There were some minor things that need checking. Some lights not working and some gutters need checking rear gutter not connected to down pipe. Chairs on top deck legs rusted could be dangerous..These things did not effect us we had a great time. Just some info in case unaware.🙂
