JULIANS ON COBA is a stunning self contained getaway, commanding expansive water vistas from this north east aspect vantage point.
This 2 level destination is completely off grid, but with state of the art technology installed, you would not know this is an off grid property .

The upper level is fully self contained with 3 ensuite carpeted bedrooms & a super comfortable open plan living. Wall to wall sliding doors open to an undercover deep set deck and uninterrupted panoramic views ...picture perfect bliss !!!

The lower level of Julians is an external access self contained studio available at an additional fee for 6 guests or less; if 7 or 8 guests the studio is included in the listed rate ; the studio remains unoccupied if not booked by you

Guests BYO easy carry bags of wood available at most service stations & at Berowra Waters Marina if hiring a boat from there
GARBAGE there is no garbage service in the area; the boat access communities such as Coba Point are ' carry supplies in / carry garbage out' ; guests staying at JULIANS ON COBA are also requested to take their garbage back to the mainland bins as the locals do.
