Welcome to Waimea Cottage, a delightful holiday home in an idyllic Waikanae Beach location.
As soon as you enter Waimea Cottage, the beautiful vaulted ceilings with exposed wooden beams make a statement and add warmth and texture to every room they flow into. This creates open and inviting living spaces for you to enjoy during your stay here.
The bedrooms at Waimea Cottage strike the perfect balance between style and comfort, providing the perfect space to unwind at the end of each day. Two spacious bedrooms are each well-appointed with a roomy queen bed and accommodate up to a total of four guests.
A cosy kitchen offers the perfect space for you to start your mornings here. Prepare a steamy cuppa before heading outside onto the deck and make the most of the quaint cafe chairs here as you soak up the morning sun. A gorgeous alfresco dining space outside, as well as a well-sized indoor dining table and chairs, mean that you can enjoy wining and dining here no matter the weather or season. When you’re ready to put your feet up, the living area is the perfect spot to curl up with a book and a cuppa. You are welcome to bring along your Sky chip card as there is a Freeview decoder for your use at Waimea Cottage. In the chillier months, wrap up and throw a log on the fire to keep nice and warm.
If you fancy popping out for an evening, take a short seven-minute drive to Shoreline Cinema, a boutique cinema in the Waikanae township. Another option is a stroll to one of the local restaurants; Long Beach restaurant and Tavern, The Front Room and Los Locos Mexican Cantina ensure a great pick of cuisines! A bakery, a fish and chip shop, local supermarket and Waikanae Beach are also all within a short walk of Waimea Cottage, while the Waikanae Golf, Tennis, and Bowling Clubs are just a short drive from your holiday home.
