This two-story 4-bedroom home is close to it all no matter what the season. Summer brings river floats and rafting, wine/spirit tasting, hiking and horseback riding while winter offers downhill skiing at Stevens Pass or Mission Ridge about an hour away, or visit the historic Ski Hill for some winter tubing. Want to see some real-life reindeer? Take the littles to the famous Leavenworth Reindeer Farm just a few minutes away to feed Sven and Kristoff and get a photo with Santa at Christmas time.

Bright, spacious, and inviting, this family-friendly home welcomes you with open spaces, updated amenities, and deluxe accommodations. This family home offers two distinct living rooms: the central area has a vaulted ceiling, large windows, and comfortable, modern furnishings while the other is a cozy, kitchen-adjacent family room with a plush leather sofa, matching loveseat, recliner, and warming wood-burning fireplace (firewood is not provided). There is a formal dining area with comfortable seating for 6 and a kitchen eating area.

Full size kitchen offers all the essentials for preparing that favorite home cooked meal and includes a dishwasher. A casual kitchen table with six chairs is off the kitchen and there is a gas grill right out the back slider door. This backyard borders full-time residents, and their peace is important to us. No outdoor music or excessive noise is appropriate here.

Upstairs, the master suite has a king-size bed and an attached bath with shower. Additional bedrooms feature a queen, a full, and a twin over full bunkbed. With 4 bedrooms and two and-a-half baths. In the laundry room you will find a full-size W/D. The home sleeps 8 people (including children). WIFI is provided to let you get online with ease, and there are also two flat screen cable TVs.

The backyard hot tub provides rest and relaxation during the cooler months and during the warmer months, enjoy the seasonal swimming pool out back. No matter the time of the year, Leavenworth offers plenty of fun for visitors of all ages.

There are no vehicle restrictions on vehicle types for spring/summer/fall for cabin access. Winter guests please see cautionary notes below:

Please be prepared along with your guests who are driving separate for this driveway during winter months as there will be ice/snow are on the ground a 4WD/AWD vehicle with traction tires are necessary AND carrying chains is recommended. No exceptions

While we do our best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded, winter conditions can change rapidly and make both access to and from this driveway challenging and we cannot guarantee its condition upon your arrival at any time. We are subject to the subcontractor and the Chelan County plows who service this driveway and our county roads so please pack your patience along with following the recommendations below if you choose to book.
