The Space:
This home is welcoming, spacious and stylish. The backyard is fully fenced and offers a place to swim (pool in the front yard), play or relax. The back of the home opens up to a huge open green area with mature trees that provide shade for the kids to play safely.

A plush Queen sized bed with built-in wardrobes, ducted air-conditioning, and ceiling fan

Kitchen:
The kitchen is well-equipped with a kettle, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, stove cooktop and oven, along with all the cooking equipment a holiday chef could wish for.

Living:
- There are 2 living areas, the main living room has a TV with free to air
- The 2nd living space is a smaller media room with a TV plus Netflix, DVD player, and a bluetooth soundbar
- The other open living room adjoining the kitchen/dining area.

- Alfresco dining patio with seating for 10 and a 4 burner BBQ
- Office nook in 4th bedroom with ample desk space
- Washer/Dryer for guests to use

You'll have access to the entire home and double garage.

Only 500 metres to the Chill Cafe and a quick 3 minutes walk to the Caloundra Powerboat Club, this is the perfect peaceful getaway - with a surf beach only 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike along the coastal path.

- Walking distance to Golden Seafood takeaway, a newsagent, bakery, liquor store & takeaway food options.
- Maroochydore airport is a 30 minute drive
- Brisbane airport is a 60 minute drive
- Australia Zoo is a 25 minute drive
- Kawana Shopping World and Cinema is a 20 minute drive
- Large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 15 minute drive
- Mooloolaba/ Underwater World (Sea Life) is a 20 minute drive
- Noosa Heads is a 45 minute drive

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, nestled in the coastal suburb of Golden Beach, this home offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. There are local bus services that operate close by should you need it, the home is approximately a 5 minute walk to Landsborough Parade where bus services operate to Caloundra Station (northbound) and Pelican Waters (southbound).

Other Things to Note:
**We DO NOT take schoolies bookings, no guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please no events or smoking is permitted at any time.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
