Situated on the 2nd floor, the unit provides full privacy with no shared spaces.
Note: The building does not have an elevator.

The Space:
Spacious Studio Apartment in the center of Hiroshima. Entire place rental so you won't have to worry about sharing with other guest.

Sleeping arrangement:
1 x queen size bed (sleeps 2 adult)
1 x double size sofa bed (sleeps 2 adult)

Total: 4 adults to sleep comfortably

Room wifi, washing machine with dryer (free detergent), TV are provided.

Kitchen is provided with all basic cooking tools and dishes you will need.

The sofa bed are self-service, all the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English label on it, clean bed sheets, pillow cover, it's super simple you can set up in 2 mins.

Entire apartment provides Hotel supplies such as towels, tooth brush set, body wash & shampoo, etc. all Hotel supplies you need. Air-conditioning provided can be heating or cooling air depending on your need. Surely to keep the best comfortable temperature during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
There are many convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and coin parking lots in the vicinity. 5 minutes walk from street car station. Close to peace park.

Getting Around:
The limousine bus from Hiroshima Airport to Hiroshima Station takes about 45 minutes.
It takes about 20 minutes by tram from Hiroshima Station to the nearest station, Tokaichi Station.
It is about a 5-minute walk from the nearest station to your room.

[Coin parking]
There are many paid coin parking lots nearby.
You can use it with confidence even if you come by car.

Other Things to Note:
The room is completely non-smoking. Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am, we will prepare for the next day's customers, so please be punctual. No pets allowed. No parties or events please.

If the garbage is full, please contact me and I will send a staff to pick up the garbage for you.

If you need to order a taxi service for your departure day, please let me know earlier so we will have more chance to reserve a taxi for you.

Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.

So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed . You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smart phone on your booking channel app.

CCTV/Securtiy Camera :

My apartment and the building is protected with CCTV/ Security Camera for safety & protection of all my guest. This also serve as my guide when you do self check in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.

It is a requirement for all hotel and short term rental license for each host.
