Didn’t hear from the host. We all was disappointed that the garage wasn’t in working order and the Parkng to get to the back wasn’t accommodating for our small enclosed trailers that had our motorcycles.We really wanted to have our motorcycles in a garage for night parking that is why we picked this house.Other than that house fine for all couples. It was Halloween and the front porch light didn’t work. We had a few trick or treaters luckily we brought candy.

Nice Place

Great location for the races at Oaklawn. Plenty of room with fully equipped kitchen. I would definitely stay there again.

House was beautifully decorated. Air conditioning excellent. Doors and light fixtures needs maintenance in some rooms.Quest was locked in bathroom, door wouldn't work from inside. Grill was not usable. Main bedroom linen needed washing.

The house was wonderful. We had three couple and everything was good.

The house is in a great location. Close to Oaklawn race track and downtown restaurants and shopping.

Great Place

We were there for the horse racing and this house was in an ideal spot. It was a beautiful neighborhood and everything in the house was perfect. Would book there again.

Perfect for guys trip to oaklawn

We love the space, the room in the great room for all of us to hang out and the short walk to oaklawn. Plus communication with the property manager was excellent. i needed to call her and she answered when we needed her.

St. Patrick’s Getaway

We enjoyed Oaklawn and were walking distance! Crosswalk Bar, for watching the Hogs bring home a win, was a great place to enjoy some drinks. The house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of rooms and beds for all guests. Great location. Highly recommend!!

Good Times

Four couples (and a college-age daughter) thoroughly enjoyed an Oaklawn racing weekend at this property. It was roomy, comfortable, and perfectly situated to the track. We enjoyed our stay, and recommend it to anyone who expects the track to be good to him/her.

Great stay.

The stay was great, nice and roomy. The neighborhood nice and quiet. The bedrooms were great. The showers in all the bathrooms had great water pressure. The beds were really comfortable We were able to walk to oaklawn race track. We had a friend who greeted us everyday. This cute black and white kitty. All in all the stay was amazing and we will definitely try and book this spot next year.

Perfect for races

We had a wonderful time. Location was wonderful. Never had to interact with owner because everything was easy to check in and out. Home had no issues that we noticed. We had a great weekend at the races. Would stay again. If I had to say anything negative, price for cleaning fee is high and floors were not clean.

Great stay for a large group

We had a nice stay! It was nice having several bedrooms and options for the kids! Space was great! I was able to communicate with Janet before hand by texting her! We never felt unsafe, and the kids enjoyed having enough space to not feel crowded! Make sure to bring extra towels if you like using a clean one after 1/2 uses and don’t want to do laundry and bring an extension cord or surge protector for extra outlet options for bedrooms! Otherwise we had no complaints!

Family Trip

Upon arrival we had issues getting into the property. We called the guest contact it took over an hour for someone to get there. It was a hot day! My bedroom next to the kitchen had no door for privacy. No door means there was no way to keep the air in the room. The TV didn't work in the only bedroom that had a TV not did any outlets in the room. The bedroom that my brother slept in also on the first floor light didn't work in the bathroom. The outlet on the porch didn't work not did the ceiling fan on the porch. I sent an email to the host telling her to send the maintenance but no response. As far as location it was close to everything. I will be back but not to this property.

large old school home

This place has many bedrooms and bathrooms as well as nice sized gathering places but there are some things to know before you rent. There is no door on the back bedroom or master bathroom. The sink upstairs has no cold water and in our case the toilet was not flushing due to a broken chain. The dining room table leg is broken and shoved back into place so hard to notice until you sit at the table end. The good thing is that the air conditioning works well, lots of places to gather together and the location is really great. The house needs some love and care.

Literally just okay at best

I would not choose again. It was not updated at all. There was a bunch of junk in the house. The dining table was wobbling, the chairs were torn and mitchmatched. The front glass door was broken and I was fearful everytime we opened it. The water in upstairs bathroom sink had no cold water so had to brush with hot. And lastly we come home from spa and men were in the driveway and on top of the roof alarming us because clearly they shouldn’t have been there. I’ll be coming back to Hot Springs but not to this house.

Pickleball Group

Beds were a bit shorter than we were thinking. We’re expecting doors on all bathrooms and doorways were short for the extra tall people in our group. Also, light switches with dimmers were a bit touchy to figure out and chandeliers hung low. Blinds in extra den/ laundry/ room with extra bed are broken and do not lower. The kitchen table was not level and some of the chairs had torn upholstery. There was only one towel in the master even though it had a bigger bed and pull out bed in there and no door on the bathroom. Overall the house was a nice size and close to everything we needed to get to. For the large group a digital lock rather than keys would have been easier for getting in and out. The place is clean and pretty well maintained.
