A 3800 sq ft. luxury ski-in ski-out mountain retreat for your winter or summer vacation, our vacation house has everything you need to make you feel at home.

Mountain roads at Sasquatch require winter tires. In snowy conditions chains or 4x4 are highly recommended. The ministry of transport requires vehicles to carry chains during winter months.

Road conditions are rugged with steep gravel roads and sharp turns but any vehicle in good condition can drive the road without problems.

Driveway was a little rough to get in. Room 2 was a little messy. It was excellent for our group size, we all said we would love to come back again, the access to the mountain was great.

The place was spacious, lots of amenities and things to do. The only small downside is the drive up is on a long stretch of gravel. Nonetheless, we rate this VRBO 5/5 stars.

Perfect Place

This is our ninth year of doing an annual ski trip to Sasquatch with two other families and the first time we have stayed at Green Giant. The house is perfectly located for the ski-in/ski-out trail which goes directly to the Blue Chair. The owners of this property have opened an entire single-car garage complete with shelves to hold all your ski stuff or golf stuff. This is something that not a lot of other property owners do. Unfortunately, the mountain was not open due to lack of snow but we made the most of our weekend away and went golfing instead at Sandpiper Resort which is located only 25 mins away. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect rental on Sasquatch Mountain.

Leadership development weekend

This is one of the most beautiful properties you could stay in! It's a two-minute walk from the ski lift, and they have thought of everything. They have a beautiful game room, hot tub, movie theatre, and many bedrooms and bathrooms. You will be so thankful you chose to stay here. We loved it. Thank you so much

Beautiful Modern Cabin

Loved our stay, gorgeous space, lots of room for everyone, amazing hot tub and less than 2 minute walk to the mountain! Excellent quick communication with host, and informative QR codes throughout the cabin made it super easy to understand how to use all the amenities.

Great Rental property!

We rented Green Giant B last year and stayed in Green Giant A this year. The experience is equally great! This unit is well equipped. Everything works (other than a couple of remote controls that ran out of battery). The location is also close enough to the Yeti Chair so getting in and out is not a lot of hassle. The only small issue we had was that we had to park on the garage ramp, which is not a big deal, except that the day we went was snowing heavily, so one of the car was sliding down the ramp after parked. The staff was very helpful and provided a few log pieces for wheel block

That was awesome!

We rented this wonderful location from December 9-12, and upon arrival we loved it. Everything was clean and amazingly designed with a stunning view, and the beds were all comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with upscale appliances and all the necessary tools. The kids also loved the recreation area with the ping pong and air hockey tables as well as the massive projector. We highly recommend this place!

A technically flawless stay!

From August 19 to 22, our six-family group had an impressive relaxed retreat in this huge half duplex.. This vacation house is very new with very stylish renovation. Every room and corner are showing very clean and organized status. The host gives almost all clear instructions on how to use the equipment, facilities, etc. Some major appliances like fridge, oven, hot water tank are double equipped, somehow high end and very advanced. There're plenty of cookware and high quality stainless steel utensils. Huge sitting space adjacent to the huge kitchen with broad mountain view stretching from left to right in front of you. From this base camp, we visited Harrison Lake where kids had water activities adults had short hiking around the lake. It's a little remote, but if you like to go hiking it would be a nice choice. Indeed, some of our group members had successfully stepped on the top of Cartmell Peak enjoying unforgettable lake and snow mountain view on the Peak. There's one thing unexpected was that it's said six bedrooms, but one of them was locked making us puzzled on how to allocating bedrooms between six families. Overall, it's a Five Star destination! Family weekend getaway

We spent 4 days at this gorgeous property with our family. Finding the place, check in and everything was very easy. Huge front windows that bring in all the sun!! If you bring little ones bring a baby gate for the two sets of stairs but we made do with the coffee table up against them. The space, layout, decor everything was amazing! Huge island in the kitchen and huge table for game nights and family dinners. The hot tub was also able to fit a group of us and was very relaxing after a day on the mountain. The only things we would’ve changed is the TVs are hard to navigate and there was only two tea towels in the kitchen between 16 of us over a 4 day stay. Other than those small things we were very happy with our stay and will definitely return to stay! I would live here full time if I could!!

So much fun!

Fantastic cabin to ski in and ski out and enjoy all crazy amounts of snow that fall here! Cabin is super organized with numbered rooms and en-suites in almost every room! Thanks again to Debbie for accommodating us we had a wonderful time!

Amazing Experience

Everything about the cabin exceeded our expectations. This is a true luxury getaway with every detail thought of. I rented both side A and B for a group trip and we all had a fantastic weekend. There is so much space in these units and the finishing work is beautiful, and the mountain view from the living room is stunning. The TV's, sauna, hot tub, kitchen etc all had clear instructions available which made everything easy to use. The booking and check in processes were stress-free. I give the Green Giant my highest recommendation!

Wonderful stay at the Green Giant

We loved our stay at the Green Giant! Every detail has been thought of in this property. From the long bench to sit on as you enter, to storage racks in the garage to store your gear, hooks and baskets to hang your coats and put your gloves and goggles, to cutlery, plates etc. The main floor layout is amazing with vaulted ceilings and a beautiful view of the mountains. The oversized island with seating for six was fabulous for meals with the family, and when Covid is over and we can all travel with friends again, I can imagine the large table with seating for 16 will be incredible! My family and I enjoyed the hot tub in the evening...and being able to watch a movie while we sat in there was the icing on the cake. My children enjoyed the basement rec room with the air hockey, foosball and projector. Diana was great to work with and takes great pride in her home. We have stayed in many VRBO homes, but this was by far our favourite.

Beautiful and stunning cabin mountainside

Our experience was amazing, the owners were extremely responsive and very friendly! They were so generous, they let our daughter borrow a snowboard and boots so she could try it and also lent the kids their sleds to play in the driveway. The house was amazing, beautiful with spectacular views. The cabin was very equipped with everything we needed and had some bonus features like a games room, sauna, hot tub. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat and would definitely book again. A big thank you to the owners as they did a really great job on this cabin. We appreciated the experience in such a great setting!

Snow filled Weekend getaway

Our family had a great weekend filled with more than 6” of snow. We all enjoyed the great amenities at The green giant. The Hot tub was a perfect way to warm up and wind down for the night. Living room view was a great spot to watch the snow fall. Just a two minute walk to the lifts was perfect for our day of skiing and the heated garage for our gear was an amazing bonus. This place has it all and will be going back for sure.
