Bright Suite with sweeping views of Shuswap Lake, Copper Island and the Mtns. These views can be seen from every room, your covered patio and front lawn area.
This private, self contained, keyless entry suite is the lower level of the home with 9ft ceilings giving the area a bright airy feel. Owners live above the suite.
Nearby: beaches, golf, fishing, hiking, boating, wineries, restaurants. Suite includes:
1 bedroom with queen bed. Private bath, sitting area with tv- Netflix/Prime, electric fireplace, ( Ac and furnace controlled from living quarters above the suite), indoor eating area. Kitchen is equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, blender, coffee maker, dishes etc. Step out your patio door to a covered patio with chairs, outside eating area, bar and barbeque.
Front yard has fire pit ( conditions apply) or propane fire pit.
Enjoy the Amazing Sunsets and twinkling lights from around the lake.

Sweet Suite is Sweet! Fabulous view. Clean, relaxing, quiet neighborhood, close to trailhead. Would definitely stay there again.

Paul and Shirley have an amazing place. It doesn’t in any way feel like a basement apartment. It was spotlessly clean and it had some extra’s like a blender and BBQ. The views are absolutely spectacular. We will be back.

Paul has a beautiful location and property. Amazing views, with a well equipped patio, that was lovely to relax on and simply enjoy the view. Our suite was exquisitely decorated with all the pampering details of a spa! Paul was friendly, helpful and a wonderful host. Would highly recommend this “sweet” location.

The property has an amazing view of the Shuswap Lake. The amenities are excellent. Everything was very clean and well organized. The host was very friendly and communicative. The environment was very quiet. We would eagerly stay there again.

We decided to move from Beautiful White Rock BC to Beautiful Blind Bay in 2003.
We Love the outdoors and the numerous activities available to us just outside our door.

Why we chose this property? Well!! The View! The View! The View!In winter we can actually see the groomers on SunPeaks. In summer we can watch all the Boating and Lake activities.
Trails and lake are literally walking distance for us.

This home has a views of the lake and mountains from all rooms except bathrooms and laundry.
What’s really unique is the views are outstanding from even the lowest level of the home. Not to mention the climb up our bank to an amazing sitting area for a more panoramic view.
