Jones Beach Haven Studio Escape - Winter Getaway Specials - Pay 2 stay 3 nights
JONES BEACH HAVEN is a fully self contained beachside studio in a quiet street. A patrolled beach is located across the road perfect for surfing, sun-baking, swimming or a lazy stroll.
This beachside studio offers a versatile and flexible floor plan. The default bedding configuration is a queen bed plus sofa. Converting the sofa to another queen bed accommodates up to three guests if specified on request.
Everything you need to enjoy the beach is located within the studio apartment ranging from beach umbrellas, chairs, towels, buckets and spades.
A number of dining options include Stacks Burgerhouse, Fish Vibes and Cantik Place all within less than 400m easy flat walking distance. An IGA supermarket, liquor store and gym are located in the small shopping complex.
Kiama Downs is a hidden gem with very few properties in the area. The beach is pristine, patrolled most of the year.
Kiama Golf Club is 1km away and boasts 18 beautiful holes on a level course and also offers dining options and entertainment.
Family friendly - a portable cot is available on request.
Outdoor eating area is available in the back courtyard and there is also an additional covered seating area at the front of the property.
All linen and towels are included in the price. Cleaning supplies including basic pantry items, toiletries and cleaning products are supplied.
Kiama Golf Club is 1km away and boasts 18 beautiful holes on a level course and also offers dining options and entertainment with a free courtesy bus.
Kiama township is very popular with tourists and offers a number of beaches, pools, shops and markets.
Remote workspace with NBN.
Smart TV with free Netflix and Stan in addition to ask the popular free to air channels.

Kiama Downs is a very quiet neighbourhood with the best kept secret beach on the coast!
During holiday periods there are more people at the beach and shops, but far less than in Kiama itself.
Most nights you can hear the ocean and noise is minimal in our neighbourhood. We appreciate the quiet atmosphere and ask for quiet after 10pm to respect our neighbours.
Some excellent walking and riding tracks are at your doorstep and start right across the road.
Resources such as maps on the area including walking are provided free of charge to you on your arrival in the studio.
Kiama is fast becoming the Festival capital of the Illawarra so make sure you get in early as it often books out months in advance.
