Modern, spacious and well appointed home with views to die for. Two double bedrooms, each with wonderful water views to wake up to. This home is perfect for couples looking for a getaway. Close to historic Russell and all it's charms, yet private and spacious enough so you can relax and unwind. Listen to nearby kiwi in the bush at night, you have seclusion and quiet all around.
The home is set up to maximise the magic views. A large open plan kitchen and dining room with wrap around decks make for a comfortable relaxing stay. Go exploring Russell and the surrounds or hunker down and relax, reading a book on the day bed.

I'd stay again just for the views! Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The fireplace in winter is awesome. The decks would be great for summer. Has 2 bedrooms which are very generously sized. Easy check in and check out.

A great stay in Russell

A great stay in a wonderful location helped by some lovely weather. The property was exactly as advertised and afforded lovely views of the bay. We were able to take advantage of what Russell had to offer including a trip up to the Flagstaff to learn about the history and have more great views and also to go on a pleasure boat through the hole in the rock.

We had a lovely stay at this property near Russell. Check in was easy and the property is very clean and well-equipped. Instructions were clear and recommendations were spot on.The views are beautiful and we were blessed with wonderful weather and several beautiful sunsets.

Wonderful Bach

We were so very pleased with our week long stay. The location just minutes to Russell was perfect for our vacation plans. The view and sunsets were stunning and especially wonderful from the large deck accompanied by bird song. The house (aka Bach) had all of the required amenities and was spotless. Thanks again for the memorable stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Magic Water Views Russell. Clear and easy instructions, fantastic location and the views really are magical. It was amazing to wake up to beautiful bird song in such a great setting. The property itself is very clean, spacious and has everything you need. Only 5 min drive to Russell and the beaches. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful views from stunning property near Russell

This is a spacious well appointed comfortable property. Has everything you need for a short or longer stay and is very private and exclusive. This is not a rustic bach in New Zealand - it is a sophisticated holiday home. The Wifi is good too. It is close to Russell as well as near the ferry over to Paihia and Waitangi. There are many things to do around here - boat trips, walks etc and also some very good restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

Stunning views. Expansive living, dining and kitchen area. Multiple outdoor areas with views. The best bit...morepork and kiwi calling at night make for highly addictive listening.! Birdlife during the day equally mesmerising. Will definitely return.

Magic water Russell views

This is probably the most amazing place I’ve stayed on VRBO. This home is incredible, as well as, majestic views in every room. If you get to stay here , consider yourself extremely lucky and grateful. 5/5 on every level. Thank you Anthony for sharing your beautiful home with us. Did not want to leave. Absolutely beautiful view and property!

Just sitting at the window seat and watching the endless awesome birds in the morning was such a treat and the cows next store. It's about a 3 min drive to town. A 1.2 mile walk which I don't suggest because it's along a highway uphill, unless you take the boardwalk through the mangroves and then straight up 1.7 miles into a forest for another 1.5 miles. There is one taxi into town if you'd like. Definitely recommend Sage restaurant and Urupukapuka Island for the most incredible (although a tough uphill) hike and views. Loved every minute of this property and this island!

Perfect Getaway

Everything was as described. This was the perfect break for our young family. Weather was terrible but some things are out of your control and the house was the perfect place to see out the bad weather. We will be back.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Everything was exactly as shown on the website. Simply spectacular!!! The sunsets are incredible. Wonderful location & home

Great location and house. The house and property were clean and tidy. Anthoney was great with instructions and communication. If you would like to stay somewhere special, with amazing sunsets overlooking the water, this is the place to be!

A wonderful modern and well appointed property close to all the delights of Russell, yet out of town and private so you can unwind and relax. The home is stand alone and all yours for your stay. There are fabulous views of Uruti Bay and beyond from all bedrooms and the lounge, with wrap a wrap around deck to watch the sunset from. The polished wooden floors give a contemporary, funky feel to the open plan living. The kitchen has a gas hob and oven with a great layout. In winter the fire is a perfect for cuddling up next to while you watch TV/Netflix/Neon over a wine ( your own logins required). All linen is provided - there is a compulsory cleaning charge which helps to maintain the high standard of the home. In the laundry there is a washing machine and clothes line/pegs for drying.
You'll love this spot and want to come back - come visit to experience it!
