You will have the exclusive use of the property with occupancy of the main Villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Villa Vendemmia is a Tuscan country house, originaly built in 1600, and recently completely refurbished. The interiors are harmoniously sympatico with the country surroundings but have a modern aesthetic; light and cool with floor-to-ceiling windows, plastered walls, and smooth resin floors. Natural-toned hues offer a feeling of serenity and closeness with nature. The estate is composed of a main building with three bedrooms, and a two-bedroom cottage for a total of ten guests.

Set in 30 private hectares (almost 75 acres), the villa boasts endless views over the horizon of typical Tuscan countryside. Stroll across the lawn to a large pool with graduated shallows, a diving deck, and outdoor shower. There is excellent Wi-Fi by the pool, and a shaded pergola for lazy afternoons and lunches. Nearby are vineyards and olive oil groves for tastings, and little trattoria’s for local food.

THE COTTAGE: 2 double ensuite bedrooms, a patio with a large sitting area and its own private al-fresco breakfast area.

Every morning the maid will prepare a healthy home made sustainable breakfast, made with fresh local ingredients.
