Welcome to this fabulous Park Residences Apartment in a fabulous central location. The fully equipped kitchen and bathroom have everything you need, as well as an open-plan living and dining area. Floor-to-ceiling double-glazed windows offer unforgettable ocean views and flood the apartment with natural light.
The apartment is in the heart of Auckland CBD, less than 5 minutes' walk from the SkyTower, Queen Street, and Viaduct Habour.
This beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable apartment boasts a living room, 1 double (Queen size bed) and 1 small single bedroom (King single bed), and 2 bathrooms.
The living room's balcony and large floor-to-ceiling windows (from both the living room and bedroom) enable you to enjoy the stunning view. Air conditioning in the living area can cool down or warm up the whole apartment.
Deluxe comfortable beds (one queen-size and one king-single size) with quality linens, towels and an extra blanket.
The full-sized bathroom has towels and a hairdryer. Guest amenities include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash.
Kind reminder: The bathroom exhaust fan has a delay function. Each time it is switched on or off, please allow approximately one minute for the fan to start or stop.
A washing machine and dryer, washing powder, iron and ironing board, and cloth hangers are also provided.
A fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, electric stove, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, dishes, mugs, wine glasses, and pretty much everything you need to cook a meal is provided. - Instant coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper, cooking oil are provided as our welcome package.

Other Things to Note:
Unfortunately, this apartment doesn't have on-site parking. There are a few Wilson parking spaces 20 to 150 meters away from the apartment building.
There is a Wilson parking on 134 Hobson Street which is about 100 meters away from the apartment building, the cost for early bird parking is $22 for 12 hours with paying on parkmate APP, purchase the tickets between 6am to 10am; nightly rate is Monday to Friday from 4pm valid until 8am for 12 hours, the nightly rate is $12.
The apartment building is located at 32 Swanson Street, Auckland Central. You could also check the Internet to see which carpark is more suitable for you.
The amenities like toilet paper rolls , rubbish bags , dishwasher / laundry capsules… were provide as a welcome package , after using all of them the guest need to buy some more by themselves depending on different usage. We appreciate your understanding!

Glorious views, well organised resources with little exceptions
24th floor views are as shown on the site. Fabulous.
Easy to get to, central to harbour and Queen Street areas. Didn’t make time to look at the gym etc.
all we needed for a three night stay.
However,
Wondered how a short person could deal safely with hot things being taken out of the microwave placed well above shoulder height.
Our 6foot two son found the single bed too short and was unable to let his feet hang over the side due to the box construction. Our mistake for not checking sizes properly. The views blinded us when we chose this apartment.
