Welcome to Haven on the Lake at Trailside Community. Newly built in 2021, this 6-bedroom vacation home welcomes your family to South Haven and the always-stunning Lake Michigan!

Living Spaces
With a living room on the main level, a living room downstairs, and a 4-season room, there's plenty of space to relax and unwind! After a long day at the pool, the beach, or out exploring, you'll love coming home to the main living room. With two comfortable sofas facing each other, you'll be perfectly positioned for some great conversation. Now is a great time to talk about what adventures you've had, as well as plan for more! In the cool winter months, a fire in the fireplace creates a cozy ambiance for your movie night! Stream your favorites with the high-speed WiFi to the wall-mounted flat-screen TV just above the fireplace. Downstairs offers another full living space, complete with a sofa and two armchairs. The little table for two is perfect for a game of cards. And another TV means no arguing over what to watch! Bring your morning coffee out to the 4-season room, featuring plenty of seating and a bistro table for two. What a perfect spot to catch up on your book or your social media feeds, while enjoying the sunshine from the floor-to-ceiling windows.

Peak & Non-Peak Season
During the peak season, this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Saturday - Saturday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip.

No doubt there will be wonderful aromas wafting from this kitchen in no time! Your family chef will waste no time in taking over the gourmet spot, with its stainless steel appliances, solid-surface counters, and gorgeous white subway tile backsplash. A big pantry holds all of your groceries, and the huge center island (with seating for 5) doubles as extra prep space for the sous chef(s)! Need your morning coffee as soon as you roll out of bed? No problem! Haven on the Lake features a whole coffee station, complete with both a drip coffee pot and a Keurig.
The adjacent table for 10 makes serving your big group a breeze.

Outdoor Spaces
Your own private patio awaits, with a gas grill and al fresco dining table for 6. Can you say family barbecue? And after the sun goes down and the night cools, you'll love lighting that fire pit and sitting around in the Adirondack chairs, roasting marshmallows, and telling stories. All guests have access to the community pool (open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend) and the clubhouse. Some of South Haven's most loved attractions are just a quick stroll away from Haven on the Lake. Kids Corner Park & South Beach area just .6 miles away, and downtown South Haven is only 1.2 miles away. Best of all, you'll be right next door to the Van Buren Trail for your daily walk.

~ The association pool is typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather depending.
~ If a pet will be vacationing with you, a non-refundable pet fee will be added upon approval of your booking request.
