Welcome to Rolki House! This property is perfectly set up for one to two families and has strict policies around large gatherings. There are to be no hen, stag or other parties.

Cosy open-plan living on the first floor of Rolki House invites you to drop your bags and settle in for the perfect Hanmer Springs getaway. An abundance of windows allows natural light to flood in, while the sliding glass doors provide that all-important indoor-outdoor flow onto the patio.

A gas fireplace and heat pump technology are available to ensure you can set just the right temperature, while a Smart TV with Sky Sport, and Netflix capability, complimentary WIFI, a table tennis table, and even a dart board are there to keep you entertained when you’re not out exploring this fantastic slice of Kiwi paradise.

A well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to self-cater your stay, while the butler’s pantry with additional fridge-freezer provides ample storage for all your favourite drinks and snacks! In the warm summer months, whip up a few side dishes and fire up the BBQ for an alfresco feast, leaving the dishwasher to take care of the clean-up.

Four bedrooms, across two storeys, comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. The two bedrooms upstairs feature a king & queen size bed and ensuite bathroom, while the two bedrooms downstairs are equipped with bunks and enjoy use of a large family bathroom, complete with bathtub. An additional guest toilet ensures maximum convenience and privacy for first-floor living.

Here at Rolki House you’re just a six-minute walk from the town centre with its shops, eateries, and of course the famous Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools and Spa. The Hanmer Springs Golf Club is only a 10-minute walk, or 1-minute drive, if you fancy playing 18 holes.

There are also plenty of trails to explore on foot or by bike in Hanmer Springs. Lace up your walking shoes and check out the challenging, yet rewarding, hike to Dog Stream Waterfall, or take it a little easier for a tranquil stroll in the Dog Stream Reserve. There's even a bike shed at Rolki House to store your bikes when you're not out riding!
