Wonderful location!

This little house was a very good fit for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable and we especially appreciate the King bed, as that can be hard to find. The location can’t be beat! It only took 13 minutes to walk to the park and the beach area. There are a lot of coffee shops, restaurants and souvenir shops close by. We stayed on a busy night where the downtown area was extremely crowded and we couldn’t hear a thing once we were inside the home. The only thing that is lacking is a dishwasher. There were a few paper plates but providing more of them plus paper bowls would have been helpful. Otherwise it’s a really great little house! We would definitely rent it again.

Great Location

This house was perfect for our family of 5. The owners have updated the house nicely and we enjoyed our time here. The beds were soft and comfortable, furniture was great for relaxing and the location cannot be beat! If I had to be picky, a dishwasher would be nice but we ate out for most meals so it wasn't a big deal. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was charming, spotless and in a great location with a short walk to parks, the lake, shopping and restaurants. Jodi was a great host. Was available to answer any questions we had. I would stay here again for sure.

Great Spot

Comfortable and clean. All the rooms were clean and everything you could need was available. There’s a great info binder on the front desk full of things to do, spots to visit, and places to see. Kitchen comes with all items you need. It’s in an excellent location. Very walkable. There is no dishwasher which isn’t a big deal. Dishes were clean. We’d stay here again :)

Beautiful home!

This house was set up beautifully! The location was great, the beds were comfortable, it was well stocked with necessities, and it smelled wonderful (it’s the little joys in life). The only drawback was there is no dishwasher, but with older homes we expect that sometime. But, unlike other older homes we’ve stayed in this house had great air conditioning! We will definitely come back.

Very close to town

The property was very nice - well maintained and updated. It was a very short walk to the main street of Coeur d'Alene (Sherman Ave) - closer than it looks on maps. The property absolutely has beds for 6. But if you are planning to have that many people, note one bathroom and only a small 2 person table for eating. Huge couch though! In a very quiet neighborhood.

Great Stay in Coeur d'alene

This is the 2nd time we have rented this house in Coeur d'alene. Beds are comfortable, 1 queen for each teen and a king for us. Very clean - full kitchen stocked with equipment to make breakfast and dinners. Fantastic location to walk down for coffee on Sherman and ride bikes to the lake. Or, walk up 4th St for food and shopping. I recommend.

Cozy and clean

Our girls weekend was great. This home is cozy and clean. It definitely is close to downtown so we could walk to events for holiday shopping and parade over Thanksgiving weekend. Only suggestion would be throw blankets for couches. Decor and set up was great! Will definitely stay again!

Nice house in great location

House was perfect for our long weekend visit. Very comfortable, loads of nice touches in kitchen and bath, cozy family room. Loved proximity to town and shops/restaurants. Will look for this one again for next trip.

This property gave you that home feeling. There were lots of games and activities for the kids to keep busy. Location was close to downtown and walking distance. Quiet neighboehood. Would recomend to stay.

Fall in CDL

We have visited CDL many times over the years and stayed in a few VRBO's... We really loved the Garden House. Excellent location. Very comfortable and clean. Lot's of windows to let the light in...easy check in and out. We had a small plumbing issue and it was handled in a few hours while we were out of the house! We really loved the 2 queen beds in the same room for our teenagers! We would rent this house again:)

Wonderful Getaway

We so enjoyed staying at this beautifully decorated and renewed, charming cottage. We’d loved the attention to detail in the house. It was comfortable and clean and well decorated. We also really enjoyed the walk ability to downtown and all of the wonderful spots in Coeur d’Alene. We would highly recommend this garden getaway for families or a couples. Looking for a wonderful place to stay while in Coeur d’Alene.
