There is a large open-plan kitchen, living and dining area for those communal meals, plus an additional 2nd living that provides another space away from the rest of the home. Conveniently, Sun-Daze has a double lock-up garage, with a private boat storage ramp onsite at the property. For those days that are too good to end, you can savor the afternoon by sitting around the fire-pit looking over the lake on the front lawn.

Shrouded by a lush littoral forest and neatly separated from the sea by Sandbar Beach, this is a family favorite for those eager to enjoy a spot of water-skiing, kayaking boating, fishing, stand-up paddle boarding or windsurfing (the open lake waters making for a windsurfer’s dream!). With an impressive catchment area spanning 32 square kilometers and waterways of 11 square kilometers you can enjoy all the benefits of this unique, tucked-away calm waterway. Additionally, the scenic Cellito Beach can be accessed via a boardwalk at the northern end of Sandbar Beach.
