Downstairs also has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and a laundry/kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, full fridge and freezer and coffee pod machine.
At the rear of the property is the kids playroom with a fold out sofa to sleep 2, leading to the outsid kids play area.
