An infinity pool is set on the rooftop but if you prefer the ocean then pristine Surin beach is just 3 minutes (motorbike) away or a 10 minute walk.The building is new, with great amenities, a rooftop swimming pool with sunbathing area. Exercise room, 24 hour security and private parking area.
The fully air conditioned studio is decorated in modern style and it's equipped for a perfect holiday. The bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobe and safe. In the balcony the studio has a washing machine.
The kitchen is equipped to your convenience, has cutlery & kitchenware, pans & pots, microwave and kettle. Lounge area offers flat screen TV with cable channels. Private Wi-Fi is available for work or entertainment after a beach day.
There are 3 swimming pools, one on the rooftop and two swimming pools around the building, as well as a gym with AC and view.
Electric usage are included in the price. Please close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.
Late check in is also available on request free of charge.
