- The Sunglow Resort's association will allow parking of one vehicle per unit. If they can accommodate a second vehicle, then the front desk will make that determination based upon building occupancy. No trailer parking.

These activities are at no additional cost or obligation. You will receive information from Xplorie and you can contact them to set up your tickets. You can make reservations for your tickets with Xplorie up to 48 hours prior to your arrival. You will receive one ticket per each attraction. Additional guests will pay full price. Unused admissions expire daily and do not apply to monthly reservations.



***Concrete Restoration:

Concrete Repairs on floors 1-10 start Monday 10-27-25 and will be done around 12-1-25. Painting will start 11-17 and will be done around 12-1-25. Waterproofing will start 12-1-25 and will be done around 12-8-25. Railing paint will start 12-8-25 and will be done around 12-15-25. Punch out 12-15-25 and will be done around 12-18-25. Demobilize 12-18-25 and will be done around 12-22-25. Access to condo’s may be needed. Please understand that the work will be noisy at times and that some areas of the building may be off limits to guests for short periods of time. For example, when a balcony gets painted on the East side, then the area will need time to dry.

All balcony furniture will need to be moved inside of the condo during balcony painting. (Subject to Change). Weather and other items beyond our control may change the dates of completion.

This attractive 1 bedroom / 1 bath unit is situated on the 9th floor, south-end of the Sunglow Resort to provide you with picturesque views of both the ocean and Intracoastal Waterways from its private balcony! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to make home cooked meals. A full size refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, 4-top stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot, Keurig, blender and much more are provided. Dining table sits 4. The living / dining / kitchen space are all open making it easy to enjoy each others company and the view of Florida's coastline.



Master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed, recliner, ceiling fan, mirror dresser, closet and a 40" flat screen TV with cable. Newer bathroom features large vanity, shower w/ handheld shower head and tub. Linens and bath towels include.



Resort includes free WIFI, heated swimming pool, sun deck with restrooms and showers overlooking the beach with quick and easy access to the Sunglow Fishing Pier and Crabby Joe's Deck and Grill.



The Sunglow Fishing Pier has been around since 1960 and is a great place to fish and spend quality time with friends and family. Pier anglers are known to catch a wide variety of fish on the Sunglow Pier such as Whiting, Kings, Pompanos, Flounder, Trout, Spanish Mackerel, Sheep’s Head, Blues, Sail Cat, Tarpon and different kinds of shark species!
