Enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf, Siesta Key Beach, and awesome sunsets from condo 418 after an enjoyable day at the beach. In addition to the views, enjoy the ocean breeze, your morning coffee or happy hour on a screened in lanai. Unit 418 sleeps up to 6 people with a king bed in the primary, 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom and a queen size sofa bed. The open floor plan is decorated in a relaxed beachy style. The fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances is perfect for when you choose to dine in. This is an ideal location, offering fantastic views while being set back from the noise and traffic of Beach Road but is only steps from the beach. The top floor location adds to a stress free vacation with no units above and is ideal for individuals, a couple or the whole family.

Our amenities include WIFI, 3 flatscreen TVs, Roku, Blue Ray DVD, beach chairs, a beach cart, beach towels and various games to make your beach and non-beach time fun and enjoyable. This comfy condo is centrally located near the elevator and the ground walkways that go DIRECTLY across the street to the main entrance of one of top beaches in the country. Siesta Key beach is consistently ranked in the top 10 and known for its silky smooth sand that never gets hot to the touch. With this easily accessible proximity to the main entrance to Siesta Key beach, one can take advantage of the snack shop, beach shop, siesta key info center, playground, tennis courts and beach volleyball. There are several colorful lifeguard stands on the beach.

La Siesta condominiums has a heated swimming pool, outdoor eating area with grills, shuffleboard, a game room with billiards and ping pong, exercise room, and restrooms. Coin operated washers and dryers are conveniently located on each of the floors. Each condo has a designated, covered parking space. Unit 418’s space is centrally located near the elevators.


Siesta Key has numerous restaurants, specialty shops, night life, a grocery store and other attractions and services at Siesta Key Village and over the island. A free trolly service has a stop in front of La Siesta condominiums. Siesta key is located near Sarasota, St. Armand Circle, Longboat Key, and Lido Key. Each offers things to do and see, places to eat, and events.

Best vacation ever

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was provided for a perfect beach vacation… chairs, wagon, umbrella, boogie boards! We are already planning on coming back next year!

Great location and was very quiet! Comfortable unit

We loved the location and enjoyed our stay. Everything in the unit worked and was well kept. The location across from the beach made it very nice and also having a pool was great for the kids. My only complain was that for as nice of a unit it was, the carpet needs to be either cleaned or replaced. But other than that, the place was well kept.

We loved the location of this condo. It’s directly across the street from the public beach and a trolley post is directly in front of the condo. We had an amazing time and would stay here over and over again.

Perfect Location!!!!

Absolutely loved our stay at La Siesta Condominiums. Couldn't ask for a better location, quiet & safe neighborhood. Short walk across the street to the beach, took trolleys or frog hoppers to shopping and dining anywhere on Siesta Key. We will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend for any age.

minor things

one of the twin beds converters appeared to have something brown on it that was not a stain and was wipeable. removed it and did not use. the sheet in the couch bed had a stain on it and we changed it. other than that, it was excellent

The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. The beach was steps away, and restaurants and shopping were an easy walk. The pool was large with plenty of available seating. We met several very nice people-- some owners and others renters like us. We would definitely return. The bathroom could have been a little more updated, but it was clean and functional.

Wish we didn't have to leave!

Couldn't beat the view! This was even more beautiful than advertised! The walk to the beach isn't even a walk...it's literally on the beach. I love the extra amenities! Check-in and out were awesome and too easy! Just wish there was a quarter machine for the laundry as no business would give us change due to covid causing a change shortage nationwide.

The location is great. The condo needs some TLC. The carpet had many stains. the gasket around the door on the refrigerator and freezer were coming off, etc.. None of the above would stop me from staying again.

Very good. The condo was really nice. The beds were great. There were plenty of towels. So you know, they don't provide trash liners. The beach chairs are pretty beat up. It would be nice if they had a set of hooks inside the entry door to hang beach towels up.

Fantastic stay beautiful views and easy access to everything. Unit was very comfortable. We will definitely be back. The carpeting needs cleaning. Valve broken in tub so no baths just showers . Otherwise tysm a beautiful unit. Property also should know the noise level at pool in the early morning 8am is a bit of a bother

Great View, but...

Great location and view looked just like the picture. This was why I picked this unit, so I was happy when we walked in. I will keep this area and building in mind for next year. My only issue is the leather sofa. Looks nice in the picture but it is very old and very uncomfortable. Since we went in January, we spent more time in the unit, so a nice place to sit would be ideal. This should be replaced ASAP.

Great spot

Nice clean apartment with great view. Very clean and comfortable. You are directly across from the main public beach but it quite a walk. They do supply chairs and a wagon to take to the beach but unfortunately all the umbrellas were broken. Do Not rent a golf cart they will not let you park it on the property. But you can get around easy enough with the free trolley or free rides available all over the island for just tips. The host was very responsive and always answered quickly. Probably would go back but not in July. Too hot. But great island. Great food and people. Make sure to go to turtle beach and patriots pier at sunset beach. Both quieter and shorter beaches.

great location!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key. It was our first time traveling to this side of Florida and La Siesta Condominiums is right across the street from the main entrance to Siesta beach. The location couldn't be better. It was an easy walk across the street. There are bus stops and ride and shares everywhere to take you to town if you do not have a car or don't want to drive. We had a car because we would go to the gym in the mornings. Everything is a short drive away. I fell in love with this area. We were in unit 418 and the view is awesome. We could see the beach from our screened-in porch and we had a view of the pool. The pool was always hopping with families and I loved watching the kids jump around and play shuffleboard. The screened-in porch was everything. No bugs!! The condo itself. The floor plan is good with an open kitchen, dining area, and living area. There are two bedrooms and one small bathroom. There is ample closet space and drawer space. There is a washer and dryer out in the hallway right across from the elevator. It was right by our door. They provided us with a wagon to lug beach chairs (provided) to the beach. I liked this. The appliances were in good shape too. The garbage chute was right across from us (where the laundry is) and that was convenient. The elevator was clean and ran smoothly as well. It was right by our unit. The complex was safe and there were two covered parking spots for us and I liked that it was a covered carport. The complex is family friendly and not spring break obnoxious. The bed was comfy and they had a variety of pillows. The comforter was dingy and I was put off by that. The cons: We stayed for 8 days. They gave us ONE roll of toilet paper and ONE garbage can liner. That was kind of lame. The carpet is grody. I didn't feel comfortable walking barefoot on the carpet. The beach towels looked like rags. It was embarrassing lugging those towels around. I almost bought new towels. The primary bed's comforter was supposed to be white with a cute seashell pattern but it's so old that the white looks dirty. Those are minor things in my opinion and if the property owner would change those little things (the carpet is gross.) I would stay here again.

Good value, excellent location!

MOSTLY GREAT, A FEW THINGS THAT NEED IMPROVEMENT. FIRST OFF , LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. This property is located right across from the main siesta beach entrance. This beach has so much sand, lifeguards, fabulous concessions and optional chair rentals (they don't block you from sitting in front of them yay!). The condo had a wagon, beach chairs (some were needing replacement as the straps were broken and zippers didn't work), sand toys, and water sport toys. Beach towels were also available. We came on a chilly week so we also highly enjoyed that the pool was heated! We also took advantage of the clubhouse amenities, the kids loved playing ping pong and pool and we also played board games on the tables provided. It was nice there was a restroom in there too, so we didn't have to go back to the condo. The parking was covered, and they also let you grab a guest pass for any visitors that might come to visit. Check in after hours was easy, we were given two keys for the property. The property overall was nice and aesthetically pleasing - not to much stuff or gawdy outdated decor. NEGATIVES: walls are really thin and so is insulation between floor units. the bottom neighbor would bang his broom his ceiling when he heard my kids ( they were not jumping off furniture just bounding like kids do to the fridge or porch), we could also hear voices from the units next to us, so I would suggest bringing a sound machine or something to help you sleep. The linens in the master were really on their last leg. The fabric was starting to shred just from overuse. A new set of sheets is probably needed soon. At some point someone should pull out the end tables and vacuum behind them, also dust above fridge. The kitchen could use a pizza cutter, we found a pair of regular scissors that did that trick though. We also were not given a garbage bag for the week. We had to keep using our grocery bags and hang them on the door for garbage. I did email the property about this but I did not get a response. A throw blanket would have been nice for the couch, and sheets that fit the pul We also were given a single roll of toliet paper for the week as well. this lasted a total of 2.5 days for us. As this is a weekly rental I would hope they could at least offer a few rolls. I We were on the top floor, elevator worked great, there is a washer and dryer that requires change to run. You will need 1.75 for the wash and .75 for the dryer. Bring lots of change!

Dishwasher leaked, no blankets or wash clothes, beach chairs were not in good condition. Chairs in living space not comfortable

Perfect location and accommodations

Upon arrival discovered coffee pot was broken. Contacted manager and they purchased a new one right away. Great place to stay! Only complaint was that there were no blankets for the sleeper sofa. Borrowed one from a family who lives in Sarasota. Ended up forgetting it!

Great Condo, Great Location!

The condo was very clean and so cute! Gorgeous view of the gulf from the lanai and perfect location - main beach across the street and a short trolley ride to the village! We really appreciated the beach wagon, chairs, and umbrellas. Beds were comfy and we had all that we needed. If I had one complaint it would be that we were only given 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, and 1 trash bag for the entire week, but we made due with grocery bags and leftover tp from the share shelf in the closet. Would definitely stay here again!
