Completely renovated with new bathrooms and stunning sliding doors to maximize lake view. Beautiful beachfront LakeHouse. Quiet lake side community with parks a short walk from property.

Our LakeHouse is approximately 1150 sqft on the main floor and has 3 bedrooms on the main floor. The master has a lake view and a walk out to a deck with a queen bed . The second bedroom has a lake view walk out with a doubles bed and the third bedroom is a well appointed space with a double bed. There is a full double futon overlooking the lake and walk out.

We are a licensed STR with a maximum occupancy is 8 people. Unregistered guests are not allowed to use the property. The are 2 parking spots in the driveway. As we are a license STR these house rules are strictly followed and can not be amended.

We offer a minimum 5 night stays in the summer months July & August.
Check in at 5:00 pm & Check out at 10:00 am.

Outside of July and August we offer minimum 3 night stays

Please note we cannot control water levels and cannot predicted or guarantee there will always be water access at the LakeHouse. There is a larger community beach park at the end of the road a few minutes walk. The park has a children play ground and beach when water levels permits.

Sunsets directly in front of the LakeHouse in the summer with amazing views. The road side of the LakeHouse has a porch ideal if you want to sit outside during a rainy day.

Note to Canadian guests the prices are posted in Canadian dollars however if you are searching on a US site it may show price in USD and when you go to pay it converts it to CND which makes it seem like the prices are being changed. I am making this note as some guests indicate this discrepancy and it’s nothing we can control.

House Rules:
PETS : Dogs are negotiable based type and level of training . Only fully house trained dogs may be permitted. Dogs and not allowed on the furniture. Owner will be fully responsible for dog accidents . No other pets will be allowed.
NO SMOKING.
No Group Party events inviting non-guests.

We will greet all guests at check in ,5pm, to show the guests around the property, answer any questions and register all guests and review and sign the short term rental agreement .
