Eastham Cottage with AC and Private Back Yard (2217)

This cottage is close to the restaurants, shopping, and beaches of Orleans or in the other direction, enjoy the dining or beaches of Eastham! Situated in the back of this condo association, this cottage affords a great private back yard space. It has outdoor dining, both gas and charcoal grills, and an outdoor shower. Enter the cottage via the front door and step into the family room which holds a couch, a small table with chairs, and a 24"TV. The two bedrooms (one with a double, one with two twin beds and one pull out twin trundle) are on either side of the family room. To the back of the cottage is a full bathroom, a kitchen with gas stove, and a GREAT three season relaxation room. There is parking for two cars. Escape main stream life in this simplistic yet cozy cottage! Please be prepared with a mobile hot spot as there is no Wi-Fi at this is cottage. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Cozy and Quiet Cottage

My family had a wonderful time at this cottage! My boys especially enjoyed the outdoor shower after a long beach day. They loved the watching the wild bunnies outside as we drove in and out of the property. The cottage was spacious and clean and well taken care of. It had everything you needed to relax.

Eastham cottage

The cottage was very cute. Nice neighborhood, quiet. We had a few hiccups and the company came right away and fixed them. The cottage was enough room for my husband, myself and our 17y/o daughter. We really enjoyed our time on the back porch. We were a little disappointed we didn't know there was no wifi until a week before we went, but we made due.

Great cottage, comfortable bed & good location

We enjoyed staying in the same cottage complex that we had stayed 6 yrs ago. While this home is a little outdated, the tiny kitchen has all new appliances, a new gas grill outside and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The screened in porch was a big plus! This home was immaculate. The location is very close to many beaches both bayside and Atlantic side. Thoughtful owner, Gerry, checked in with us first when he came by to drop off cover for the new outside grill. We enjoyed his visit. The bed in master room was incredibly comfortable! I slept like a baby which is saying a lot for someone with insomnia.

La maison était propre , petite cuisine et salle de bain. Manque de place pour serrer nos choses. Endroit très tranquille , les voitures sur la #6 roulent vite , difficile de sortir de l`entrée.
