Relaxing family friendly Villa w/spa & BBQ located on K'gari- Fraser Island

Located in Kingfisher Bay Resort, this Villa comprises of 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with separate powder room/toilet and laundry. You will also enjoy a spacious lounge room and 6 seater dining setting, with a brand new fully equipped kitchen. A spa and BBQ are located on the deck in a tranquil setting amongst the trees.
Wildlife is abundant on the island with kookaburras and possums frequently visiting the villa deck and goannas wandering amongst the gardens and paths surrounding the villas.
As a guest in our villa you are able to access the resort facilities such as outdoor pools, tennis courts, restaurants, spa/wellness centre and convenience store.
Tours can also be booked at the resort reception to explore the island via 4wd, cruises, water activities. Whales can be seen off K'gari- Fraser Island from July to November. Dolphins and sea turtles can be seen all year round.

Great stay!

Lovely property... easy access and check in. Hotel staff drove us from the pier to the villa, as we had a lot of equipment with us. We would probably take our own car next time, as the hills can a little challenging if you have young children We had a family of Kookaburras come to visit every morning and afternoon which was also really nice.

Basing your adventures on K’gari at King Fisher Bay in the Pandanus Holiday Villas hosted by Melanie and Adam is one of the best holiday decisions you can make. The Villas are set within a forest overlooking the bay and you are sure to be visited by kingfishers in the late afternoon on the back deck. If you bring a 4WD or hire one near the villa, you can be sure you’ll see the best of this incredibly idyllic and pristine island which has heritage listed forests, perched lakes and fascinating wildlife. There are well signposted treks and places of historic interest including ship wrecks and great places to swim. Don’t let the driving on sand put you off, it’s an amazing place you’ll fall in love with and return to. We had the best stay, our accomodation was outstanding, thank you so much, the attention to detail made all the difference. We arrived in a heat wave but the house is designed for all temperatures so it was comfortable and spacious. We wanted for nothing and there are restaurants and a shop within a short walk but far enough away that you feel separate from the activity of the small settlement in the bay. Enjoy your K’gari holiday, just do it.

We had a really enjoyable holiday, the apartment was really really clean with lots of nice finishing touches, the popcorn and chocolate welcome pack was a nice surprise. It was really sad to leave, everyday we had Kookaburras on the balcony in the morning and sugar gliders in the evening. we’re already thinking about when we can come back but stay a bit longer. If your reading this review and wondering if its where you would like to stay, I would just tell you to book it asap, you wont be disappointed. If I could more than 5 stars I would. This was the best Fraser Island holiday so far. To the owners - Thank You for creating a beautiful holiday home.

Our family had a fabulous stay on K'gari in the Pandanus Villa. The villa was immaculate and it had everything we needed. The outdoor bath was so amazing, and was the ultimate way to relax at the end of the day. Thanks for the memorable stay!

Great Place for a Fraser Holiday

Was a great house, in a fantastic location. Comfortable bed, clean shower, loads of parking, close to the Resort (expensive beers) great view from the balcony. Kitchen is well equipped. We had a great stay👍

Our stay was really great, and my kids and I can not wait to return.

We stayed 5 nights, it was beautiful, modern furniture, clean and easy to maintain. We had a fantastic stay, the owners were very quick to respond when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the villa. I will not hesitate to book again

After visiting this Villa in 2019 and earlier this year we couldn't resist the opportunity to buy it when it became available. The Villa is beautifully positioned in the Kingfisher Bay Resort with all of the resort facilities available for use.

This villa is perfectly positioned for that quiet, romantic getaway. We enjoy those warm evenings, relaxing in the outdoor spa on the deck, overlooking the trees and watching the sunset.

The positioning of this Villa within the resort is a standout. It is quiet and peaceful with a lovely outlook. Lots of wildlife come to visit the outdoor deck, including kookaburas and possums and the goannas are frequently found out the front door.
