Well equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop, microwave, fridge/freezer & coffee pod machine.
Newly updated bathroom with bath, shower, vanity mirror, and separate WC.
Modern styled living area with TV & Google chrome to stream from your own device. WIFI is included.
Dining area with 6 seater dining table. Fully enclosed rear private yard to entertain & relax.
Laundry with washing machine.
Evaporative cooling in all main rooms, Reverse cycle air conditioning/heating in living area. Combustion wood fire in enclosed rustic verandah out the back of house.

So great. A wonderful place to land after a long days drive. Space for the kids to be and play but nothing too fancy that we’re freaking out all the time. A welcoming home that had all that we needed to host dinners with family and relax.

Great location, quiet neighbourhood, close to beach & McLaren Vale.

Enjoyed my stay in Aldinga! John & Amanda's holiday home was perfect for a quiet, relaxed stay, a home away from home with all I required for a peaceful stay. Close to the beach with only a short walk, great park at end of street with bike jumps track for kids and plenty of grass and native gardens to take a stroll. Very close to supermarket to gather supplies & even better close to McLaren Vale! Definitely will return when the opportunity arises! Highly recommended :)

Great house. Great location.

Wonderful beach house! Huge backyard for relaxing or for the kids to run around. Great location close to all the Fleurieu Peninsula has to offer. Plus the bike jumps at the end of the street got an absolute workout from our kids. All the amenities and space you need, and we were thankful for the offer of beach/bike equipment from our hosts. Would return to ‘the butterfly house’ in a heartbeat - with or without the kids. Thank you John and Amanda.

This house suited us very well. The kitchen well stocked and the bed comfortable. Only the two of use, but we had the option of extras staying as well at no extra cost! I made use of the herb garden (I hope that is OK). Although no beach views, a very quiet neighbourhood and only a short distance to walk to beach and either drive or walk to great eateries. Host prompt with responses to my enquiries. Would stay again.

Best place

We were loving the time in this beautiful house! It had everything we needed plus more. The house was very clean, the bath with heatlamps just a dream, the beds very comfortable, the garden beautiful, the owners very helpful and easy going, we couldn't have asked for more. Playground close by, just a short walk to the beach and the beautiful scrub with many kangaroos. We hope to come back. Cheers Sarina, Nick and Jayden

Excellent accommodation in a great location

Very easy check in process. A great location close to all amenities. The accommodation was very well equipped. It was neat and tidy when we arrived. Great garden. Loved the closed in back porch with the wood burning stove.

Fantastic stay

John was a fantastic and helpful host. Property was clean and modern with fantastic facilities. It's a small but intimate space and the rear sunroom/fireroom is a great addition. John had great communication throughout the stay and I recommend him and his property to anyone. Thanks John.

Great little beach house

Easy and friendly owners. Very clean and well set up little house. It has everything you need except somewhere to dry clothes if it is raining. Would definitely go back there again. We have 3 little boys all under 7years old and felt very safe and secure at the property with them. Highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable

We stayed for 2 weeks with two adults and two kids. House was very well equipped with staples and was clean and comfortable. The house is not huge but had everything we needed. Location excellent short walk to beach and cafe. Highly recommend.

Great spot, everything you need

We enjoyed our stay at Aldinga Beach, thank you. The house was very comfortable- we really only used it for sleeping, as we were attending a family get together a few streets away over the long weekend, and it was perfect for us to retire to at the end of a long day. The shower was great, the beds comfy, and importantly, the heating worked well. The back room is a lovely space - we didn’t get around to trying the fire, maybe next time. Thank you
