Wellfleet Harbor 3BD Cottage--Association Bay Beach, Walk to Town Pier

This comfortable, freestanding, three-bedroom cottage is in the Wellfleeter on Wellfleet Harbor. It is just a short stroll across the property to the wonderful 400 ft private association beach.

The single floor cottage has an open main living area with a kitchen, dining area and living room. There are two sliders--one off the well-equipped kitchen and the other off the living room with sectional and flat screen TV with cable and WiFi. There is an air conditioning window unit and a ceiling fan in the living room.

The cottage has three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have two twin beds each and the master bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen TV. There is a newly renovated full bathroom with a tub and shower.

There is a washer and dryer in the basement accessed via a bulkhead.

Enjoy the direct access to the beach for sunbathing, swimming and beachcombing.

Walk to Wellfleet Center for galleries, shops and restaurants or to the town pier for fresh seafood and ice cream. Short drive to the best of Wellfleet including live theater at WHAT (Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater), golfing at Chequessett Yacht & Country Club, biking and walking on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, swimming in Wellfleet's beloved fresh water ponds and exploring the beaches, trails and historical spots of the Cape Cod National Seashore. Head down to Provincetown for more galleries, shopping and dining plus whale watches, boat charters, night clubs and live entertainment.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
