The Space -
Nestled among some of the most prestigious houses in the region, this new, architecturally designed free standing home is one of the first to be constructed on the strata.
This accommodation is conveniently located just a 10 minute drive from the Margaret River town centre and 5 minutes to the coast. It is there you will discover some of the best beaches in the region, from Surfers Point to the rock pools of Prevelly.
This home boasts three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The North-facing solar passive design is based around open plan living, however the house offers different spaces for you to relax and unwind or enjoy a meal. The living space expands with a large deck and idyllic outlook where you can watch the local bird life, unwind with a late afternoon drink or evening BBQ. There is a wood fireplace in the TV/Living area.
This house offers all the amenities you will need, including linen and towels, washing machine and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. Kids are certainly welcome and catered for with a portable cot, highchair and some books and toys.

Please note some of houses on the strata are still under construction, but the owners have found any noise to be minimal.
