You won’t be disappointed in this recent, wall-to-wall renovation!

The stunning kitchen features custom cabinetry, high-end leathered granite countertops, and new appliances. It comes fully stocked with everything you’ll need to cook for the family while away from home. The dining area offers beautiful new furnishings and comfortably seats six guests.

The living area is thoughtfully designed with new beach-contemporary furniture, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and a sliding glass door that opens to your private balcony. Outside, you’ll find both a bistro set and a high-top table — perfect for relaxing and enjoying views of the marina.

The spacious primary bedroom offers a king bed, wall-mounted Smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom. The primary bathroom showcases a custom granite-topped vanity and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

Located on the opposite side of the condominium for added privacy, the guest bedroom features two double beds, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and easy access to the fully updated guest bathroom. A dresser conveniently placed in the closet maximizes space and allows for easy movement throughout the room. The guest bathroom includes a tiled tub and shower combination, granite-topped vanity, and elegant champagne-style faucets and accents.

Step outside onto your private balcony to enjoy sweeping views of the marina, home to over 100 boat and yacht slips. The beach is easily accessed within Palmetto Dunes — just a couple minutes by car — or by calling the seasonal, on-call shuttle service, the Palmetto Dunes Buggy.

Wonderful view and location in Shelter cove

The condominium was as appeared in the photographs. Beautiful living room, small but adequate kitchen and fantastic views of the harbor. The master bath was very small and no door to separate it from the bedroom. The shower room was nice but very small and the only waste basket was next to the toilet. None were available for the master bedroom. The location in the harbor was above a seafood restaurant and there was no noise. There was very good access to the many shops and restaurants

Horrible check in nice property

Checked in and got Plametto Dunes pass. Gave me ZERO direction as to how to find the property which was in Harbourside 1. Knowing that would have been nice. Called when drove around and could not find it. She told me it was in Harbourside 2 and I needed a gate code which she quickly stated. So the. Drive to 2. Numbers don’t match. Random guy told me it was 1. And no need for gate code as ther was no gate.

We booked through Palmetto Dunes and they were very helpful planning our vacation.The condo is very comfortable and clean. They have thought of everything to make their guests feel at home. They even included bed sides for the little ones. The location is great and easy to walk to bars/restaurants. There is a restaurant below but not noisy at all. The view from the balcony was great to watch the boats. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Including a blender, toaster and coffee maker. 2 Dishwasher and washing machine soaps were included. The washer/dryer was a nice bonus. We will book again here when we come back to HHI.

Definitely need queen beds in the second bedroom being as they are doubles and my husband and I had to sleep in separate beds, but other than that it was absolutely wonderful! Would stay there again !!

I do wish that they would get some room darkening drapes in the spare bedroom and put the blinds which are in the dining area also put those blinds on the front windows because the afternoon sun pours in so much. Also the living room rug is curling up and is a tripping hazard.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Harbourside I the first three weeks of January and had a nice, quiet relaxing time. The clean comfortable unit overlooked the harbor which was excellent and was just a short walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Try the Top Dawg Tavern (facing the harbor in Habourside II) and Jane Bistro (near Krogers). Both were great. This time of year is quiet so we walked a lot, going to the beach several times, Pinckney Island and the Audubon Preserve. Though a bit cool, I would definitely come back this time of year and would stay at this unit again any time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can’t say enough about this rental. My two adult daughters and I were so comfortable here. We were in search of a low key relaxing vacay so we decided on Hilton Head. We rented bikes for week and had a complete blast. We rode to the beach nearly everyday... including on the beach for several miles! The Dunes on the beach was best for food. We also hung out at the establishments in Shelter Cove. We found the drinks and appetizers at those restaurants to be great. Entrees were rather bland and less than spectacular so we rode the short trip on the bike path to the Kroger & Whole foods to cook our own meals occasionally. The kitchen is well appointed. We had everything needed to make whatever. There is a perfect French bakery right below as well. Lattes and delicious croissants savory or sweet. Stunning desserts that we shared on more than one occasion... took it go and enjoyed on our balcony. The balcony was the bomb. We sat out there every chance we got with our coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. There was live music each night from the restaurant directly below and all was quiet by 10pm. It was surprisingly private. The high top table is the perfect height to enjoy the view. The beds were comfy. The place was clean! The unit does have shades on the windows so don’t be deterred by old reviews! Zero Complaints! They’re not kidding about a 4pm check in! Our flight got moved up last minute and we had to wait with our luggage at the Mexican restaurant in Shelter Cove a couple hours before we could get into the unit.... Annoying. We were exhausted by that point... But the Margaritas at San Miguel made it tolerable. All we talk about is how hard it was to leave, and when can we go back!

Shelter Cove Brief stay

Everything about the listing was totally accurate. The unit was immaculate. The only recommendation would be to replace the king size mattress in the one room as I ended up sleeping in the other room with two beds. Great location - loved reading and eating overlooking the harbor. Would stay again

The only negative comment we have is that the pool for the property was old and not inviting at all.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was very nice very claim however it was just recently renovated and there are a lot of things needed on a punch list. For example need drawer pulls in the master bath are missing and the toilet paper holder is half off the wall . Also in the master bedroom many in the drawer pulls are not tight . I would highly suggest a grab bar in the shower And one in the other bathroom also This unit has a beautiful living Room however it has no blinds on any of the windows so the Sun is very hot coming in About 3 o'clock in the afternoon. Also at night you feel that you are on display since there are no blinds. I would definitely suggest blinds not draperies of any sort.
