Excelsa, Rose Valley, is a unique grand home perched up in rolling hills overlooking the breathtaking coastline of Gerringong. Only minutes' drive from the township, wineries, beaches and all that the South Coast has to offer, Excelsa is the perfect destination for your escape. The expansive yet relaxed estate will have you feeling right at home, featuring a several living areas as well as verandas and gardens that encompass stunning views from the farmland across rainforest to the water’s edge.



The Space:

Excelsa has so much to offer for your stay. The expansive space features several separate wings with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and also includes a media room, yoga space, rumpus and games room, and other living areas for you to enjoy and relax in, all with sweeping views of the surrounding countryside and the ocean in the distance. Outside you will find endless entertainment with a levelled grass court for ball sports of all kind, kids play equipment, a landscaped lawn area, blissful garden spaces and an orchard. Venture past the orchard to explore several paddocks with viewing platforms and a pocket beautiful mature rainforest. All of this and it’s just a 5 minute drive down the Valley to the township of Gerringong and the surrounding South Coast.

Please note: this property is suitable for a maximum of 10 adults and 4 children due to the bedding configuration



The Neighborhood:

Excelsa is located in an area known as Rose Valley. It’s a private property in the midst of farmland meaning that your closest neighbors may be a herd of cattle. The property is over 6 hectares of land, containing cleared farmland, dams, an orchard and an area of ancient coastal rainforest. All of this and it’s just a short drive down the Valley to the township of Gerringong, beaches and the surrounding South Coast.



We live in a residential neighborhood, and we like to respect our Neighbours and ensure that we comply with the New South Wales regulations. We have a strict 10pm noise restrictions and we also have noise monitors in the house.



Getting Around:

Transport to and from Excelsa can be via public transport and there are options available to you. However, to unlock all that this area has to offer and to make getting to and from the property easier it is advisable that you have access to a vehicle.

We want you to enjoy your stay! Just a reminder that we use noise monitors to maintain a peaceful environment. We kindly ask that there be no music played after 9:00 PM
