"The Meadow", a Stylish and Welcoming Home only 1 Mile from Nauset Beach

"The Meadow" a place to rest and rejuvenate after an amazing day at the beach. This immaculate, spacious and open home has everything you would want from a vacation rental. The first floor offers a large, inviting living room with fireplace and dining area, an incredible updated kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops, cozy den, full bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with the most spectacular king size bed I dare any back to find fault with.

The second floor provides two additional bedroom with a Jack and Jill bathroom with tub/shower. The first bedroom has two comfortable queen beds and the second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with double beds on the bottom and twin bed on top.

The yard is nicely manicured with old paths in the back yard to explore. You will enjoy this newly build deck with build-in lights on the steps where you can enjoy an afternoon barbecue or share a drink or a good story by the firepit. Children will love how nice and level the back yard is to play their favorite summer games and activities. And rinse off after a day at the beach in the enclosed outdoor shower. You may not want to come out.

In the basement you will find the washer and dryer and perhaps a place to store your bikes or kayaks if needed.

This house is pleasantly located in the popular area of East Orleans only one mile from Nauset Beach. Within a mile headed west you will find a few hidden treasures such as the Barley Neck Inn, Nauset Farms, the Sunday School Ice Cream Shop and Nauset Marine East. The center of Orleans is just over 2 miles away and Skaket Beach on the bay side of the Cape is only 4 miles away. If you prefer fresh water, you will find Chrystal Lake and Pilgrim Lake less than 3 miles away.
