The Space:

From your doorstep, a short walk down a quiet dirt road leads down to beautiful Sheep Pond, a perfect place to kayak, swim, fish, and enjoy the beautiful natural environment of Cape Cod. The pond access here is for the neighborhood only, and offers the use of private beach space. Inside the home, tall ceilings in the dining area lead to sliding doors onto the deck, giving the home a nice airy feeling, and a perfect way to enjoy both indoor and outdoor space while together.



A large finely updated kitchen with stainless appliances is adjacent to the living room in this semi-open floor plan, and a den behind the living room offers even more common space to relax, and a great spot to watch movies. Upstairs, you’ll find your sleeping quarters. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen, and the third bedroom has two bunk beds - perfect for a kids room. A bathroom upstairs provides easy access for all three bedrooms.



Outside, you’ll find yourself perched atop a hill, with a nicely shaded deck overlooking the neighborhood towards the pond. An outdoor shower provides a great place to rinse off after enjoying the beach or pond, and a small yard offers a place to stretch out in the sun. Head down to Breakwater beach around sunset, at low tide, and you’ll see absolutely amazing views. JT’s, Stone L’oven pizza, and several other great restaurants are close by, and don’t forget a pitstop at Deepwater Dogs along Long Pond Rd on your way to the beach. Or, take a right and keep going for tacos and cervezas at Guapos Tortilla Shack with great outdoor seating options; either way you can’t go wrong. When you return back to the home, relax with a glass of wine on the back deck under the pine tree, and soak in everything wonderful about this house on the pond.

The home was very nice. Check-in was simple. Home was clean and the kitchen was well furnished. The only negative was the access to the washer dryer in the basement was bit difficult to navigate.

Loved it there

Lovely house with a great deck for grilling and eating outside. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. The house is very short walk to lovely pond and a short drive to many great beaches both on bay and ocean side.

Beautiful stay

Beautiful, clean, spacious family vacation home. The bunk bed room was perfect for the kids. Included all essentials needed to cook/ make meals in the house. The game room was also great for the kids. The outdoor shower was a bonus to rinse off after a day at the beach/pond. Would love to go again!

Good family/friend stay

Great central location in cape cod, able to get to Provincetown or Hyannis port within an hour either direction. Close to the beaches on the bay and Atlantic side within 15 minute drive. Would recommend this for family or friends.

Perfect Vacation Home!

This house was perfect for us! Very clean, dog friendly, great neighborhood to walk around and a very short walk to Sheep’s Pond. The property managers (Del Mar Vacations) were very easy to get in touch with and very friendly. We’ve already rented again for next year! I would specifically look to rent again thru Del Mar as they were great to rent from. Thank you!

Clean and charming

The house was as described, and we had an amazing time swimming in the beautiful lake and chatting with lovely neighbors who provided great restaurant recs. We didn't end up using many though, as the kitchen was well-stocked for all our cooking needs. :)

Great location

Near Sheep Pond, which is beautiful and perfect for kids. I will note that the Sheep Pond beach parking pass that comes with the house is for a smaller private beach closer to the house but will not work at the bigger public beach on the other side of the pond so if you have a larger family and want to go to the larger beach, you will need to buy daily parking passes through the town of Brewster. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had the bare essentials. Ample towels and nice washer and dryer in the basement. I would rent this house again.

Brewster getaway

We enjoyed our stay with our adult “kids” - total of 5 of us in the house and one golden retriever. Plenty of space and nice open floor plan. Very quiet neighborhood. Small bunk room a little challenging for adults to use, but it really was doable (would be great layout for families with young children!). We’ve rented a number of houses over the years for our family/extended family and all agreed we’d rent this house again if it was only the five of us. When the whole crew comes, we’d need more space or at least different bed setups. It was clean and bright and checkin was a breeze. Some areas showing a little age, but not a big issue at all. The one very small thing that would be nice to add? A full length mirror. And one other small bit of feedback…9am checkout is a bit early! We love Brewster and it’s central location on the Cape. Easy access to National Seashore beaches, Paine’s Creek Beach, and much of what we wanted to do. Sadly only had enough time to walk down to the pond—would’ve loved to paddle board down there—looked peaceful and beautiful. Our trip included a day on Nantucket, Cuffy’s Boardwalk, Coast Guard Beach, Nauset beach for sunrise, Pirates Cove mini golf, Skipper Chowder House, JFK Museum, Main Street Hyannis shopping, Brewster General Store, Chatham shopping and lunch and drinks at the beautiful Chatham Bars Inn, a whale watch, P’town, sunset at Corn Hill Beach, Truro vineyards…and we had amazingly fantastic weather! Great trip!

We were here for a short trip. Weather was lousy. Would have loved to enjoy the outside facilities as they were just as pictured. Super close to town. Communication was excellent!! Beautiful home! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Wow! Wow! Wow!

This place is fantastic!! It is comfy and also convenient to everything you’d want for a super relaxing week. The pond is crystal clear and cool; the pond beach is quiet and almost private. The ocean beaches aren’t far either.

Newly renovated, clean, comfortable and lake access

We rented this house for a month and had a wonderful stay. It is newly renovated and generously furnished, including a kitchen that has every gadget, pot and pan needed to cook a full meal. It also has a wonderfully big dining room table for family dinners and games and a very comfortable outdoor porch. The rental management company was easy to reach and quick to help sort out any issue we had. The gem of this location is that is has access to a swimmable lake that is in walking distance. A short car ride will take you to a larger beach on the lake. We had a blast and would recommend this house to our friends and family.
