The apartment offers a large open plan, air-conditioned living/ dining area with quality furnishings, Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, CD player, Bluetooth speakers and floor to ceiling windows to capture the breathtaking water views, sliding doors open out onto a full-length covered balcony with outdoor dining facilities. The fully equipped kitchen includes a wall oven, microwave, family size fridge / freezer, dishwasher, plenty of bench space to prepare meals.
The main bedroom has stunning water views and access to the main balcony to allow the refreshing sea breeze to flow through. The bedroom features a Queen size bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and a renovated ensuite with glass shower, vanity, and toilet. The second and third bedrooms both have ceiling fans and sliding door access to the rear balcony to allow the breeze to flow through. The main bathroom has also been renovated, it has a bath, shower, vanity, and separate toilet. There is also an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
