This bright and comfortable condo offers the perfect mix of convenience and mountain charm. You'll enjoy true ski-in/ski-out access—click into your skis and head right onto the trail, or glide home at the end of the day without ever needing to drive.

Inside, the unit features two well-appointed bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a welcoming living area with cozy furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen for easy meals after a day outdoors. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light and offer peaceful wooded or mountain views.

Sleeping Arrangements: First Bedroom Upper Level Queen with soaking tub, Second Bedroom Upper Level Queen and Twin Bunk Bed. Sleeps up to 6 guests.

Location: Mountain Brook Condos are located just minutes from the Base Lodge on Cahill Lane, nearby the Morning Glory Trail. 7.8 miles to downtown Rangeley, 14.8 miles to downtown Oquossoc, and 1.7 miles to Saddleback Base Lodge.

FAQs: Two vehicles only! Additional vehicles can park at one of the public lots near the Base Lodge.

Great Trailside Condo

Great location, easy, clean condo located in a quiet but convenient location. That it was pet-friendly is a bonus. The folks in the rental agency were really friendly and helpful. Many thanks for a great stay!

Everything was as promised. The unit was very comfortable for 5 adults. When we couldn't turn on the fireplace and called, maintenance came over immediately and took care of it. Every time it snowed our front and back entrances were cleared quickly. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

So comfortable and peaceful

So enjoyed our weekend at the Mountain Brook condo. It was perfect for two couples up for the Benefit concert. It was well equipped and very cozy. Thank you for offering! We hope to return in the Winter.

Great mountainside condo

Great mountainside condo. Clean, well equipped and just off the slopes. Morton and Furbish are great to work with. Very responsive and professional. Recommend familiarizing yourself with location of trail down to south branch lift and trail down to the condo. Great access to/from the condo but location of the trails are not well marked. Definitely would rent the unit again on a return trip.

Comfortable, clean, tastefully furnished. More expensive than equivalent or bigger properties, but we were glad to find a pet friendly option over a prime weekend. Morton and Furbish again exceeded expectations with their friendliness, helpfulness, and responsiveness. And the skiing couldn't have been better!

Nice Accommodations!

Nice stay for 5 adults and our dog. Very clean and nice linens with enough towels. Heat didn't seem to work on the second floor, but it wasn't uncomfortable. Hopefully this will be checked for the next guests. Could have used a few more dishwasher tabs. Perfect ski in and ski out location !

Communication with rental staff was A+ and they we very accommodating. Pet friendly which was awesome. Took care of lift tickets and had them ready to in the condo. The only thing making this not 5 stars is the rental price is quite high, imo, for the property and amenities.

4 night stay, Mountain Brook 141

March 2023, family of 4. We arrived to find the condo very clean and comfortably furnished. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker and Keurig machine, anything you need for cooking including a crock pot. The thermostat was easy to control and the condo maintained temperature. The gas fireplace is also very nice. The bedrooms had nice bedding and the mattresses were comfortable. The soaking tub was great! Skiing home after a long day of skiing is very nice. Unfortunately, the lift was broken for us to ski "out" but Saddleback was great and ran their shuttle to the condos and we could also call for a pickup at anytime. We found Saddleback Mountain to have a wonderful staff and they were very apologetic about the lift not running. We had some ice build up on our steps and around the parking area and when we needed more ice melt pellets, the property managers brought some right over to us. All in all, this was a great stay! The management company for the condo is easy to contact if needed. The condo was awesome and the mountain is great! It was our first time to Saddleback and we will be back and will most likely rent Mountain Brook 141 again.

Very nice stay!

We have stayed at this same unit on 2 different occasions. The unit is clean, has plenty of space and has very convenient ski in/out access. The property was well equipped and had everything we needed for a couple of great stays. We will definitely look to rent this unit again in the future.

Condo

The condo was great, perfect for three guys. We could have had better direction, we had no idea how to ski on ski off. The only other issue the front steps were covered with ice, it would have been helpful if they were cleaned before we checked in. Thank the owners for leaving some stuff in the fridge.
