Black Oak is the perfect home for your next family vacation! This one level, four bedroom and three bathroom pet friendly home has everything you need to make your time in Sapphire Valley incredible! The home is located in Holly Forest 6, a quiet neighborhood in Sapphire. From the level driveway, enter the open floor planned dining room and living room with plenty of seating around the large TV with satellite tv. Black Oak has a large kitchen that is equipped with a oven, electric stovetop, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a flat screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has heated flooring with a walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a large jetted tub. On the other side of the living and kitchen space are the home's other three bedrooms. The queen bedroom has an en-suite bathroom that has a shower/tub combo and a large sink area. The bedroom with the two full beds and the bedroom with bunk-style twin and full beds share the hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a large dual sink area. Each bedroom has it's own TV, and there is wireless internet at Black Oak. From the living space, walk out to the large covered back porch with a gas fireplace and enjoy a roaring fire in seating area. This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drivable location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, one indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Zip-Lining, High Ropes Course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on ski lift tickets and ski equipment rentals during the winter season.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
