Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
Yes, you can rent a BBQ grill for an extra fee. Comes us with full propane tank.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is no child safety fence, but there is a pool alarm on the door leading out to the pool, which meets local safety code requirements in lieu of the fence.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)
5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. (This is an industry standard practice.)
8) Is Wifi provided for free?
Complimentary wireless internet is provided.
9) Is smoking allowed in the home or by the pool? Are pets allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home or by the pool. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.

Windsor Hills Resort limits the number of cars per reservation to 3 cars.

Great place to stay with our teenage children! They were awesome to work with when our flight got canceled They let us move our reservation back a day. Very neat and clean. Quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay, lots of room to spread out inside. We loved the pool area. We paid for the pool heat and it made the pool nice and warm to swim in both day and night. Close to lots of restaurants. Walmart is less than 2 miles away. I had a question for the host and got a reply very quickly.

My family and I had a very peaceful Thanksgiving week stay! The hot tub and heated pool was enjoyed by all. The game room was a nice bonus! Lots of room to spread out! I can highly recommend this home.

Our stay at Villa Patronus was perfect! The home was beautiful with plenty of space and amazing ammenities.The beds were comfortable and jetted spa perfect, especially after a long day at the Parks. It was close to everything and provided safety in a gated community. The communication from the host was quick, upfront and clear. and the management group who we communicated with once we arrived responded very quickly and were helpful to any needs we had. We had the most amazing vacation and would love to stay at this property in the future!

We had such a wonderful stay! House was well equipped allowing for some relaxing rest days. Kids LOVED the game room and the pool (with heat) was the perfect way to keep everyone entertained. Close to Disney, Walmart, it’s of food options for when we didn’t feel like cooking. Loved the daily trash pickup and the community water park was a hit even with the cooler weather. Would definitely stay here again!

The standard of care was immediately evident, as the house was immaculately clean upon arrival and beautifully appointed with high-quality amenities. The dedicated game room was truly a standout feature—an awesome bonus that enhanced our entire vacation. Great House for a Golf Trip

4 generation family weekend!

We had a great time staying at Villa Patronus. We had 4 generations staying and it was perfect for everyone. House was just as pictured and the movie screen behind the pool for movie nights while we swam was so fun!! This property is definitely worth the booking!
