Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom reverse living condo. Come enjoy the best that Sunriver has to offer by staying in this pet friendly, This 1450 +/- sq. ft. condo in Fairway Village, located in the serene pine forests of the northern portion of Sunriver. You are a short walk from the Woodlands Golf Course and driving range, as well as having ready access to the beautiful bike trails of Sunriver. Fairway Village has its own swimming pool and the owners provide SHARC passes and bicycles with helmets.



After a fun filled day come home to a remodeled kitchen with quartz counter tops and high end appliances. Put steaks on the Weber BBQ and enjoy eating on the outdoor deck. Play board games in front of the cozy gas fireplace or view one of 200 DVD's on the new 50 inch LCD with audio bar. Relax in the spa and sleep tight on one of the new, quality mattresses. Ceiling fans are in the master bedroom and living room for your comfort. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's and DVD players. The bunk room has a Wii Console.



Bikes: There are 6 bikes at this home (4 adult/2 child). However, we do recommend bringing your own bikes whenever possible as bikes are not guaranteed, subject to change w/out notice and subject to downtime. Should you arrive and a bike is in need of repair, please notify our office and we will make every attempt to have it repaired. In addition, we do provide discounts for bike rentals at a few of our local shops.

With this rental through Mountain Resort Properties, we provide access to the SHARC Aquatic Center, tennis courts, along with many area discounts. Ask us about our seasonal discounts offered on golf.

It’s in a great location. Quiet neighborhood with access to a store nearby and The Village is just an 9 minute drive away. The condo has all the amenities needed. Master bed was a little uncomfortable but otherwise we were pleased with everything

Hot tub wasn’t very warm, The down stairs was cold and beds were wore out and sagged and only one portable heater, everything is old and needs updating, beds were uncomfortable, cleanliness was ok, very far from town but we didn’t mind that

Sorry to hear that you felt the beds were not comfortable. This is not something that we hear very often even though beds comfort is very subjective. Should you arrive and feel the hot tub is not hot enough, you can contact our office and we will send out the spa service company who professionally oversees the spa. The home is heated with gas forced air throughout. Perhaps the vents downstairs were closed? Again, should you have such issues, please don't hesitate to reach out. The photos are reflective of the property as they were taken not too long ago. We feel that the condo is in good shape. In addition, it constantly receives high marks from people who stay.

Overpriced Far Distance From All Activities Dirty Dog

This booking is highly over priced, very far from any activities in Sunriver, outdated, dirty dog carpet full of hair. Under stocked kitchen with only one small cooking pan. There is also no heating or cooling in the complete downstairs of the unit (no fireplace or duct heating). Extremely rude property management that charged us 210 because of an accident. Will never recommend this listing or that property management.

Sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your stay at Fairway as this place regularly receives high marks from guests. The condo is fairly priced when comparing to similar condos in the Fairway complex. The condo DOES provide gas forced air heating through out. You are correct that A/C is not included as we do not advertise it with A/C. Very few homes and condos in Sunriver provide air. With that Fairway guests have exclusive access to the complex pool to stay cool in the Summer. We were sorry to hear that you had an "accident" while staying at the condo but the cost to repair/replace ruined items is solely your responsibility just like in your own home if you were to have an "accident" ,which is why you were charged. We do wish you the best of luck on your future travels.
