Surfspray is the perfect home base for your next family coastal retreat. With direct access to Culburra Beach, you can wake to the sound of the waves at this magical beach front location. This four-bedroom home offers a spacious layout which creates a light and airy feeling. With a great new entertainers deck for outdoor living and a beautiful garden.
Slide back the glass doors and open the indoor living zones to the deck and enjoy views of the ocean through the beautiful green tree line. Surfsprays clever design accommodates two families with kids with the living areas separate from the bedrooms, so the early sleepers can turn in for the evening while the night owls stay up chatting and enjoying themselves out on the deck.
Up to twelve guests can rest in comfort and enjoy some quality family time. There are two queen bedrooms on the upstairs level and one at ground level. The studio room is semi-detached and has a private deck, open plan lounge area and ensuite. This blissful room has earthy tones and a day-spa atmosphere. With A Frame ceilings and timber look floors to set the scene. There are two further queen bedrooms, also finished with tasteful art works, lush soft furnishings and all the creature comforts you will need to unwind and relax. The family bunk room sleeps up to six lucky holiday makers and has direct access to the outdoor undercover patio area and huge garden beyond. With four generous bedrooms, three bathrooms and a laundry Surfspray is ready to accommodate the whole gang, even your fury friends are welcome.
How about trying or sharpening up your golf putting skills on the new putting green or having fun playing ping pong on the new table.
These kids and dogs alike, will run and play freely in the enclosed grassy garden. With an idyllic private track to access the beach, directly from the garden gate. When the ocean calls, you can grab a towel and be on the beach in one minute. Enjoy relaxing walks and dolphin spotting while the kids spend time in nature. After swimming in the sparkling waves, head home and rinse off in the backyard shower.
Once you are ready for some downtime, stretch out on the couches to watch Netflix and Kayo sports on your Smart TV, or take a board game to the outdoor dining table for a battle of wits. When you need some quiet time chill out on a deck chair in the shade. In cooler months, soak in a hot bath for the ultimate pampering experience.
At mealtimes, the open plan living design ensures that whoever cooks won’t be excluded from the conversation (or the view of the TV), whether at the stove or the BBQ everyone is together. With indoor dining for 8 guests, and a fabulous breakfast bench, the updated kitchen area is popular with guests. For the days when no one feels like cooking, there are some great Italian Delis, cafes, Mexican and other family friendly bites nearby. No need for designated drivers on this trip!
From sunrise to sunset, Surfspray will provide you with everything you need to enjoy your stay in the beautiful coastal town of Culburra Beach. When you fancy some sightseeing, hop in the car to check out the Crookhaven Heads Lighthouse to the North, Currarong, Jervis Bay and Callala Bay to the south or enjoy delicious local oysters at Greenwell Point. The historic town of Berry is only a 40 minute drive as well

- We supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living area, dining area, and 1 bedroom.
- This is a families only property and only permits a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity. No groups of adults are permitted unless an intergenerational family group. Please specify this if booking more than 8 adults. Please DO NOT book if you do not meet these criteria or unfortunately your booking will be cancelled.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds (please bring a blanket).
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
- We reserve the right to request photographic proof of id such as driver’s license or passport.

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
