This cozy 1 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom has a location that cant be beat!
Located across the street from The Village, this condo has a fully equipped
kitchen, dining room with seating for 6, custom stonework around the gas
fireplace, and vaulted ceilings in the living and dining room areas. There is
a Cal King bed in the downstairs bedroom with a shared full bathroom right
next door. In the loft upstairs you will find a Queen bed with private
bathroom and flatscreen TV, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo
is just a 3 minute walk across the street to The Village where you can catch
the gondola to Canyon Lodge and enjoy shops, clubs & restaurants. With a
renovated kitchen, a private deck to enjoy the forest views, this is the
perfect family friendly mountain retreat, but still close to the action. All
guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy
facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility,
yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. There are 2 levels inside the condo,
it is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6
people and comes with 2 outdoor, unassigned parking spaces. Guests will be
provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is
allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options.
PLEASE NOTE: The complex community amenities are currently under construction
and unavailable for access, with no estimated time of re-opening. This
includes the pool, hot tub, common area laundry facilities and recreation
room. During summer months there will be active construction activity in this
area, which may cause some noise disruption and vehicle activity. We apologize
for any inconvenience. No refunds will be provided for facilities or amenities
