There was four of us staying in the condo, as I sent a private message when we arrived one of the couches in the living room was broke & very uncomfortable. Just needs a lil TLC but overall was nice with a pretty view of the lake.

I have stayed in this condo six previous times, and this will probably be my last. We did notice they changed the key pad from March, but the new one will not lock the condo. When the contact finally answered me, her reply was everyone is complaining, it will be ok. Not, we are responsible not only for our stuff but for the condo itself. I loved Erika, with whom I dealt with for two years.

When we arrived at 4:00pm the condo had not been cleaned. After calling the guest host several times with no response we had to call Evolve. The host finally called to say she would try to get someone to clean but wasn’t sure since it was later in the day. We had to leave and get a hotel room for the night. The host called sometime after 7pm to say it was clean. We didn’t go back until the next morning. Evolve refunded the night minus taxes but would not pay the hotel room.

Beautiful well decorated, clean condo on the ground level with a 4 seasons room overlooking the river! So close to banks to fish and a nice walking trail! We golfed as well and the course was great! Highly recommend!

This property is in a very nice gated community. The condo is very close to the river and the river is visible through the trees. It’s very convenient to all things in Branson. Had an issue with the master tub but the condo contact was readily available and took care of the issue right away. I’d recommend this rental.

Great location. Very clean. River view is great. Minor issue with one chair in the sunroom being broke. Apreciated the opportunity to check in a bit early after our long travel day getting there. Oveall, a great trip.

Great location with access to the lake and easy access to the main attractions in Branson! Room was very spacious and comfy. We stayed busy and were not really in the room except to sleep but the beds were very clean and cozy! Great room and would stay again if in the area.

Fishing with grandsons

We had a great time. Not only was the condo beautiful but the view of the Tanecomo was awesome. It couldn't have been better if you like trout fishing. There was a concrete sidewalk going right to the waters edge of the trophy fishing area. We also took advantage of the pool in the afternoon and evening. It's a gated community and really gorgeous. Also it was a short drive to fall creek boat dock where the kids fished one morning. Lillys landing was also within 10 minute so we rented a pontoon boat for a couple of hours. This was our first trip to Tanecomo and I can't imagine it being any better.

Great spot!

We truly enjoyed our time at this rental due to its proximity of the amenities and to things within Branson. The rental was very clean which is a huge plus for us with our young children. We had a minor issue with an appliance but the property manager and owner were very responsive and took care of it as quick as possible. It was the best possible resolution for the situation. We would absolutely recommend it to others. My only advice would to be to pack your own baking sheets as the offering was limited in terms of cooking supplies .

Wonderful!

The property was well cared for. We loved staying near the lake and we were close to the strip without being right on it. Our favorite part was the sunroom facing the lake! The owners make it very homey and pleasant. We had everything we needed.

Beautiful property. Very clean and great views. Only bad thing was the noise from the upstairs property. They were very loud and a lot of running back and forth across the floor. But nothing you could do about that. So overall it was a wonderful experience.

Unfortunately we will not be returning to this rental. We typically visit Branson 3-4 times a year and always stay in Pointe Royale but this was the worst experience we’ve ever had. Upon arrival, we went to set up the sofa bed for my daughter to sleep on and could not locate the sheets. There was no spare bedding in either bedroom’s closet or in the closet off the living room or in the laundry room. I contacted the “local guest contact” Erika, that was given by Evolve, as she was noted as the person to contact if we had any issues. She did not reply to my text. An hour later, I called the number provided by Evolve to try and find the sheets. The person I spoke to said she’d have someone get back to me but I still heard nothing. I waited another hour and texted Erika again to see if she could give me an answer on the sheets. She did respond this time and told me the sheets were in the closet off the living room. I told her that I had already checked there. She said to use a key to open the closet off the sunroom and get sheets out of there. When I opened the door, there were just a pile of sheets on the floor of the outside closet. I told her I found them but I will have to wash them because they did not appear clean as they were in a pile on the floor outside. She said they were clean, that she just didn’t fold them. I was not comfortable having my daughter sleeping on sheets that were in a pile on the floor of an outdoor sunroom, so I washed them anyway. No one wants to do laundry on their vacation, by the way. I text back that I hoped the “clean” sheets on the other beds were not from the dirty closet’s floor and she replied that since we were having “so many issues you are welcome to find somewhere else to stay”. I don’t believe asking for sheets is too much to ask but I guess it is. Don’t worry, we will find somewhere else to stay next time. Also, none of the TVs work. The TV in the sunroom doesn’t even have a remote. I did ask Erika for the remote and she told me that the previous guest took it home. The TVs in the living room and master bedrooms only hook up to Roku but the TV constantly switches off the correct input and none of the remotes actually control the TV input. If we turned the TV off and on about 20 times and unplugged the Roku from the back several times, sometimes we could get it to connect to the Roku but it’s a major hassle. Seriously the worst stay we’ve ever had in Branson. I will never use Evolve again and will also tell others.

Absolutely lovely and relaxing!

So much better than staying in a hotel! Awesome view and so relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable, and they were so thoughtful to include shampoo, conditioner and lotion ( which I tend to forget). The gated community was absolutely beautiful and having access to accommodations was just the icing on the cake. Would definitely book again!

Loved this property! Only disappointment was the short height of the toilets. Very difficult for seniors to rise up from!
