Beautiful and comfortable, located in the heart of town

We are right in the heart of Tawonga South, right next door to Fallon's Bus Company and Vline drop off/ pickup. We have four ski hires in walking distance and one bike shop. Four cafes, two either side of us, a restaurant next door, a pub across the road, fish and chips two doors away and a brewery just up the road. The supermarket, bakery and chemist are about a fifteen minute walk into Mt Beauty. The beautiful Kiewa river is across the road with lovely parks and swimming/fishing holes. Country walks start right at our front gate. Please note that this accommodation does not offer a kitchen

Comfortable, well-located and very clean space and excellent communication with hosts and thoughtful provision of basic supplies. But beds were not that comfortable (soft and bouncy) and would be great to have a kitchenette but otherwise very nice

Jackie and Paul were wonderful hosts. We could not have asked for a better stay. The location was incredible, the apartment is neat and tidy and there were so many thoughtful touches. We will definitely stay again!

Warm & comfortable

Great little accommodation perfect for our ski holiday. Right in town (Tawonga South), no more than 200m from café, takeaway, pub and brewery, plus a comfortable walk into Mt Beauty. Great, friendly hosts too

Ski trip to Falls Creek and Mt Hotham

A great place to stay when you want to ski both mountains. Plenty of places to eat and drink, all within walking distance. The place was clean and spacious and the owners were friendly and helpful, highly recommended.

A little gem in the middle of Towonga South

We had passed this location many times prior and never realised such a nice place was hidden just a few metres back off the road. Highly recommend.

Family holiday

We arrived on a cool and rainy day, when we contacted the hosts to notify of our earlier than expected arrival time they said we could head over whenever we were ready and let us know the heater was on for our arrival. The house was very tidy and warm with everything we needed as a family of four for a comfortable stay. Excellent location and close to everything we wanted/needed. Jacqui and Paul were very easy to contact and communicate with and we enjoyed our conversations with Paul throughout our stay.

Great cozy place

Me and my friends enjoyed to stay at the cozy apartment with friendly host, the little cat was so cute and friendly to guests as well. Lovely place and basically everything provided, communication with polite and respect online and when we are arriving. only thing is about the ants in the bathroom, but Jaqueline and Paul has sorted out on the second day. Appreciate for all your support.

Short break away with my adult daughter

My daughter lives and works an hour away from Tawonga South and was keen to explore the local area. I travelled from Newcastle, NSW, and we had a fantastic time walking around the local sights and enjoyed a drive to Bright, Porepunkah and Mt Buffalo chalet - an amazing part of the world with so much to see and do. Paul and Jacqui were warm and welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed staying their their gorgeous little loft apartment. The deck and large leafy yard were so relaxing and inviting and the apartment was fresh and clean and met all our needs. Thankyou so much.

Great little "apartment" that has cafes either side and a pub across the road. Very spacy- 2 large bedrooms and a living area with places to sit plus table for 4. Large bathroom and cute little private area to sit outside. Whilst there isnt a kitchen, there is a kitchenette with all one needs to have breakfast or make a light meal (microwave, kettle, toaster and bar fridge). Owners are absolutely lovely amd the kids loved the spacious front yard to play in. All in all, a great stay and would highly recommend for those wanting something in town and near the buses to head up to the mountains for skiing.

Nice stay but …

Clean property, close to Mount beauty, great cafes and restaurants around, budget stay for families planning to visit Falls Creek. Owner was insisting to leave the air con on even if we are not home. In contrast, he was not keen to let us charge our EV (which sucks no more than a cell phone) even though we explained how it works multiple time. Nice artworks on the wall.

Peaceful Paradise

A truly exceptional stay! The hosts, Paul and Jacqui made our getaway extra special with their wonderful demeanor, extensive information about the area, friendliness and kindness. The experience was extremely memorable. Set amongst a green landscape with singing birds. We felt like we were in a deluxe treehouse. A huge bathroom and larger than expected bedrooms! Extremely clean and we had absolutely everything we would need and more! One of the best New Years getaways in our life. Paul and Jacqui are beautiful humans who care deeply about community and ensuring that you receive a special experience. Outstanding communication too. We will definitely return. Thanks so much Paul and Jacqui. A spectacular start to our year! :-)
