Four-bedroom Home in Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club community – Near Ski Resorts
The Turret House at Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club offers peace and tranquility located atop a wooded knoll with spacious living areas and outdoor decking where you can relax while overlooking a secluded ravine.
The upscale kitchen offers thoughtfully created workspaces including a coffee station, center cooktop island, stainless appliances, and an adjoining dining room table for seating up to eight guests. Adjacent to the kitchen is a second dining table with seating for up to eight guests. The warm and inviting living room features a Smart TV and comfy leather furnishings. Turret House is equipped with Wi-Fi and Smart TVs in living rooms. Just off the kitchen area, you will find another comfortable living space, featuring a queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and half bath. A separate entrance is available for jackets, footwear, and sports gear. Escape to the main floor primary bedroom suite, a private oasis with king bed, full-size sleeper sofa (ideal for small children), and a four-piece designer bathroom that includes a jetted tub.
The second floor offers two queen bedroom suites, separated by a spacious great room complete with a queen sleeper sofa, pub style table, coffee station, undercounter beverage refrigerator, and a bookcase full of books, board games and videos for family time activities. Just off the great room, you will find a work desk area and sitting area. The circular staircase leads to the turret room, complete with full-size bed and walls of windows for a panoramic bird's eye view.
Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club amenities include 27-holes of golf, driving range, racquet sports, seasonal heated outdoor pool, fitness center, and Clubhouse dining. If you would like to use any of Birchwood's amenities during your stay, you may opt-in to the Access Fee of $750 (May 1-September 30) or $250 (October 1-April 30). Please note: Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club issues a maximum of six guest passes per rental home. Payment along with submission of corresponding paperwork must be completed prior to your arrival.
