|We have a strict no-party policy, as this is a residential area and noise travels easily to neighbours.

|A maximum of six people are allowed on the property: no extra guests are allowed in the house, and noise levels are to be respectful at all times.

|This property may be available for film and photoshoots with prior written consent. Please enquire in advance for rates and terms & conditions.

|Please note there are external security cameras located at the front of the property for security purposes.

- This property is not suitable for young children.
- We have a strict no party policy as this is a residential area.
- A maximum of six people are allowed on the property: no extra guests are allowed to the house and noise levels are to be respectful at all times.
- There is to be no outdoor music or entertaining after 10pm. Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction.
- Onsite parking is limited to one car only. Additional on-street parking is very limited and subject to council regulations. Do not obstruct driveways or laneways.

Additionally:

Please leave the property as you found it: clean & put away dishes, turn off heating/air conditioning and empty the bins (wheelie bins are located at the front of the property).

In the event that damage is caused to the property and/or its contents by any member of your party, you will be liable for such damage and all costs associated with rectifying such damage shall be deducted from your credit card pre-authorisation.
