This Reunion home is located within the Homestead neighborhood of Reunion Resort, situated within easy walking distance to the Reunion Grande, The Clubhouse, and The Seven Eagles Pool and Pavilion.

This modern home is located at a corner lot allowing for lots of natural light to enter. Bright and spacious with a contemporary interior, the great room opens up to the lanai and pool deck. The living area has plenty of comfy seating before a wall-mounted large-screen TV, and the formal dining table seats 10 while additional bar seating for 4 is available at the beautiful granite kitchen counter. The kitchen too is bright and spacious with all stainless steel appliances and white carpentry. It comes fully equipped so you can cook, store, or reheat meals with ease.

The lanai and pool deck is a great place to hang out, dine al fresco, and chill with cold drinks. The summer kitchen has a built-in BBQ, a mini-fridge, a sink, and a patio dining table seating up to 10 guests. Cool down in the pool during the day, or soak in the spillover spa while watching the sunset after a fabulous day. The lanai also has a wall-mounted TV so you can spend as much time as possible enjoying the outside of the home.

A fun-packed game room (converted garage) includes a pool table in its center, two side-by-side Nascar arcade games, a tabletop Pacman Multi-arcade, a Golden Tee arcade, a Playstation 4 before a large-screen monitor along with 2 gaming chairs, and a round bar table with seating for 4. If you're looking for relaxation, the theater room has movie seating for 7 along with a couple of bean bags so you can recline before a favorite movie.

The ground floor of this home includes a Master Suite with a King bed and ensuite bathroom with both a step-in shower and a separate bathtub. A half-bath next to the kitchen connects to the pool deck. The second bedroom, located upstairs, has two full beds and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The next bedroom has a kid's theme with two bus & firetruck bunk beds, accommodating 4 little ones with their own bathroom including a bath/tub combo. The fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh bedrooms are Master Suites with a King size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The upper floor also includes a guest half-bath located by the theater room. All rooms have TVs, and for your convenience, there is also a washer & dryer available in the home.

Terms And Conditions:
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home.
The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
