Nestled in the whispering pines and rolling hills of Gull Pond Village, this unique home features a bright open family space and spacious wrap around deck area with gas grill and outdoor dining and lounging furniture sure to provide outstanding entertainment space for your Cape Cod getaway! Enjoy hiking, kayaking, shopping, dining, and both ocean and pond beaches all just a short distance away. The main floor offers a primary bedroom with king bed and an en suite bathroom equipped with a gorgeous roomy walk in shower. The open living plan of the kitchen, dining, and family room with 55" TV are all on this floor as well. The double doors in this space open to the back deck for added activity area. There is an additional bathroom with walk in shower on this floor. On the upper level you will find one bedroom with a queen bed, another primary bedroom with a queen and en suite bathroom with walk in shower (also has its own private sitting area, purple couch in photos), and a loft space with twin trundle beds and a desk. The upstairs overlooks the family room. There is off street parking for 5 cars. Pets allowed with permission! BOOK NOW! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

Family & Friends Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A beautiful dog friendly home. Large enough for family and friends. Yard beautiful and accommodating to pets which was very much appreciated (as compared to most vacation homes). Kitchen ample and well stocked. Nice porch. Living space relaxing able to accommodate everyone. Best feature was the first floor master bedroom (king) and adjoining bath. Other bedrooms upstairs and great for our large group. A very nice neighborhood too which was great for the family/dog walks. Convenient location to ocean beaches and town center. Great vacation property and worth the price especially if you are seeking a very clean pet friendly vacation rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful, spacious home in excellent location. Yet very quiet as well. Easy access to Route 6, beaches, downtown in Wellfleet. Very comfortable. Deck with pet gate a bonus for us. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Modern bathrooms and gorgeous showers. Outdoor shower too. As a new rental, our only suggestion would be a bit more attention to kitchen supplies. We were surprised that a Cape rental of such quality did not have supplies for opening and eating lobsters. A blender would also have been nice. Overall excellent though, these are minor details.
